Personality – Toga is your typical excitable teenage girl. She just so happens to also enjoy torture and murder. She has a tendency to get fixated on a person, and will chat up anyone she meets.
Possible Reactions – Toga's go-to response in any situation is to cheerfully introduce herself and ask if they want to be friends. On the island, this is just "foreplay" before the killing starts, but in the Pre-Show, she'll do her best to hide her more sadistic qualities. If in the guise of another contestant, she'll react in the way they would react, or at least how she thinks they would. If she finds herself in what she perceives to be "dire straits", her happy countenance will fall and her face, voice, and mannerisms will become blunt and to-the-point.

Frieza: Toga hates this alien, mostly because he was an asshole who kept trying to kill her. And he's ugly.
Doomguy: The man who killed her. Holds a special place in her heart. <3
Jak Mar: But not as much as this asshole. If Toga sees Jak, she's going to think of nothing else but how to kill him.
Ellie: The only friend Toga ever made. She misses her "Big Sister".

‘Combat’ Style – If Toga finds herself suddenly thrust into a combat situation, she'll attempt to retreat and utilize her abilities to swing the fight into her favor, unless she feels she has an obvious advantage over her foe. If this proves impossible, she's not above playing the "I'm just a helpless girl" card to cause her opponent to lower their guard. Push come to shove, she'll fight ferociously to weaken them until she can make her escape. If Toga can help it, she'll watch any potential targets for a time, studying them, try to separate any potential group-members from one another, then attack them when their guard is lowered.
