Descriptor: Izaneus performs a few somatic gestures to gather a restorative energy to his palms, which he then uses to heal himself or others. But not both with a single use.

The spell however, sustains itself, for as long as Izaneus retains his focus. Or decides to dissipate the magic for whatever reason.

Izaneus MUST be within close proximity of the target of the spell. And should whomever it is that is the target of the spell. Move out of five meters. The spell fades.

Izaneus focuses intently on healing the target, and is thusly unable to perform any other spells or actions that require extreme focus. Despite restoration being one of many arcane services he performed at the behest of his mother.

Iza feels the pain of the target as he heals them, making him likely to not notice outside intervention while the spell takes place.

Healing does not work on undead.

Descriptor: Looking like little more than a butterfly knife, the Pick-Me-Up Regenerator, the blue glowing blade causes wounds to heal with staggering speed. Where ever the blade hovers, it starts knitting wounds closed.

However, because of its speed and strength, careful attention and concentration must be paid to not overly stimulating a damaged area of the body lest causing the creation of scar tissue and other complications that will have to be fixed by a medical professional.

Descriptor: Restoration is the one crucial ability that Crazy Diamond is known for achieving. The stand can restore objects to their previous forms if broken down into parts. For example, a piece of paper that's ripped into many pieces can restore by a single touch from Crazy Diamond. If those pieces become split up from the others, they can retrace back to the other part that Crazy Diamond holds/touches, homing in on it. Another example, Crazy Diamond has a motorcycle part belonging to that particular bike in a junkyard; the other components present in that junkyard will come to life and track down that original part that Crazy Diamond obtains to reunite restoring the motorcycle fully. The stand can repair anything broken down, ranging from non-living things to living things. Restoration will require the stand to concentrate on this power to work, leaving it vulnerable and only can restore anything by touching or holding it. However, Crazy Diamond is unable to rebuild anything deleted from reality or The Hand erases. Restoring helps a lot when Josuke is in combat, such as using his stand to smash into a concrete ground, breaking it into pieces, then converting it into a wall to protect him. In part of restoring, Crazy Diamond can heal people's injuries to make them return to their original state. For example, Someone has their arm cut bleeding out, and Josuke's stand can touch where the cut is, restoring the skin completely clean to make the bleeding stop.

Even severed body parts can be restored by Crazy Diamond's touch, retreating and connecting back to who's ever proper body. Unfortunately, Crazy Diamond cannot cure illnesses that anyone succumbs to, considering they are not damaged or broken apart. Restoration is pretty nifty for a stand to have, whether it be healing or combat purposes. Crazy Diamond could fuse anyone to objects for other combat purposes if those targets broke into pieces. To combine, the opponent must stand close to the thing that's broken down by Crazy Diamond's fists or dissembled from before.

When Josuke's stand activates restoration, the pieces all around the target will come together and form. It will trap that person inside, such as a crate or piping. If the stand were to shatter concrete, rock, or etc while the target stands close to it, they would become fused into the matter, similar to how Josuke dealt Angelo or Terunosuke. Allies can be caught in the crossfire if they stand close to the target, accidentally entrapped by Crazy Diamond. While healing or fusing, Crazy Diamond is required to concentrate on making these abilities work.

Essence Cost: 2400

STAFF EDIT: I think your Protection Effect here should probably have some modifiers, don't you? Maybe some Negative modifiers similar to the other Effects on this ability?

Also, the Chaotic modifier on your Debuff Effect sounds more like Indiscriminate: "Allies can be caught in the crossfire if they stand close to the target, accidentally entrapped by Crazy Diamond."

At the center of their forehead, a slit forms opening sideways to reveal a single, large, red-eye with multiple tomoe-like pupils orbiting their central pupil.

The Byakugan, expands the user’s vision to cover a spherical 360-degree area, providing an unobstructed view both internally and externally of everything within their visual acuity.

The Rinne Sharingan, allows the user to perceive the world around them, breaking down all the constituent elements and how the forces on it affect everything in front of them as they happen. Whether or not the user has the ability to react depends entirely on their own physical ability separate from this.

The range on this attack is not incredibly far.

Descriptor: Restoration is the one crucial ability that Crazy Diamond is known for achieving. The stand can restore objects to their previous forms if broken down into parts. For example, a piece of paper that's ripped into many pieces can restore by a single touch from Crazy Diamond. If those pieces become split up from the others, they can retrace back to the other part that Crazy Diamond holds/touches, homing in on it. Another example, Crazy Diamond has a motorcycle part belonging to that particular bike in a junkyard; the other components present in that junkyard will come to life and track down that original part that Crazy Diamond obtains to reunite restoring the motorcycle fully.

The stand can repair anything broken down, ranging from non-living things to living things. Restoration will require the stand to concentrate on this power to work, leaving it vulnerable and only can restore anything by touching or holding it. However, Crazy Diamond is unable to rebuild anything deleted from reality or The Hand erases. Restoring helps a lot when Josuke is in combat, such as using his stand to smash into a concrete ground, breaking it into pieces, then converting it into a wall to protect him. His protection can be easily taken down by earthquakes, easily undoing his stand's work. In part of restoring, Crazy Diamond can heal people's injuries to make them return to their original state. For example, Someone has their arm cut bleeding out, and Josuke's stand can touch where the cut is, restoring the skin completely clean to make the bleeding stop.

Even severed body parts can be restored by Crazy Diamond's touch, retreating and connecting back to who's ever proper body. Unfortunately, Crazy Diamond cannot cure illnesses that anyone succumbs to, considering they are not damaged or broken apart. Restoration is pretty nifty for a stand to have, whether it be healing or combat purposes. Crazy Diamond could fuse anyone to objects for other combat purposes if those targets broke into pieces. To combine, the opponent must stand close to the thing that's broken down by Crazy Diamond's fists or dissembled from before.

When Josuke's stand activates restoration, the pieces all around the target will come together and form. It will trap that person inside, such as a crate or piping. If the stand were to shatter concrete, rock, or etc while the target stands close to it, they would become fused into the matter, similar to how Josuke dealt Angelo or Terunosuke. Allies can be caught in the crossfire if they stand close to the target, accidentally entrapped by Crazy Diamond. While healing or fusing, Crazy Diamond is required to concentrate on making these abilities work.
