Descriptor: The Legend! Super Saiyan is something that doesn't come very easily for members of the Zulenka family. This form of the transformation is a raw untrained version that saved Isabelle's life. Triggered by uncontrollable anger and a loss of self control, the onset of this power is premised with a sharp uptick in power output. Speed and Stamina are drastically increased. Isabelle's brown hair becomes golden and her one normal eye becomes teal in color; her pink iris is not affected by this transformation. Because of the untrained nature of this form it is chaotic in nature. Isabelle has little to no self control while transformed, seeing whatever triggered the transformation as the primary target and only concern. Super Saiyan draws from a different pool of energy and without training it is inherently unsustainable. Fighting in this form is inefficient and can often lead to flame outs, which is when Isabelle prematurely reverts to her normal form. If she is able to transform again it would be at a great cost.

Essence Cost: 1000

Staff Edit: Speed costs 200E per rank, so Speed 4 would actually be 800E. Also, Endurance has Ongoing by default, so you don't need to pay for it for that one. Unfortunately, that means one of the two Negative Modifiers on Endurance won't actually save you any Essence, as the cost per rank of an Effect can't be reduced below 50E. As such, you may want to remove one of those, or add an additional positive Modifier.

Side-Note; You had the cost as 850E, but I've changed it back to 1000E, because as I said, the minimum cost is 50E per rank.

So because the Endurance Effect has 4 ranks, it can't be cheaper than 200E.
If you still want the Ability at this price then you're good.

Descriptor: Ridley is capable of changing his skin pigments similar to a chameleon. this allows him to completely blend into his surroundings, allowing him to literally hide in plain sight. While he can change his skin pigment, however, his bright, glowing orange eyes are not capable of shifting with the rest of his body, and as a result Ridley can only use this ability to hide with any form of effectiveness while keeping his eyes closed, effectively closing him off from any sort of visual stimuli until he is willing to show himself.

Essence Cost: 50

Staff Edit: You've said that this conceals him until he's willing to show himself, but without the Ongoing Modifier it isn't actually allowed to last longer than a few seconds.

Descriptor: A magical force used by only the Akame that mock the look of tentacles. These tendrils extend from the users back(Max 4) and work similar to a person's arm, however, they cannot effect non-sentient targets. They can be used to traverse great heights quickly as well. Dawn can activate/deactivate the tendrils at will, but they can be used indefinitely until she decides to put them away. The magic appears like an extremely blurred shadow that constantly vibrates aggressively.

I'm confused as to what you're trying to do here. Why is she able to use her tentacles to climb surfaces if they're only able to touch living things? And why does the Move Object Effect last only a few seconds while the Damage Effect is Ongoing? Based on the description, it sounds like those should be the other way around. Also, why can the tentacles attack distant targets but can't lift them?

Oh, and don't use the Single Ability Purchase form. The range and duration things are now redundant but no one's gotten around to fixing the form yet.

If you really want a range that short, I'd recommend taking Affects Multiple 1 instead of Ranged, as that allows you to attack as many people as you'd like in an up to 10ft radius area around your character (20ft diameter). Considering you're wanting 4 tentacles, I think that would suit them better.

I'm also not sure why the Damage Effect can harm non-living things but the Move Object can't touch them, and I'm not convinced that half speed while attacking is worth being considered a Side-Effect, since most people will be moving slowly while doing something else... especially since you're also claiming this requires Concentration.

It would maybe be best to discuss this Ability with someone on Discord or in the Ability help thread before re-submitting it for approval.

As a result of these glyphs, the spheres are extraordinarily durable and are magically bound to Ahana in such a way that she is able to control them remotely with her mind (though this does require significant concentration).

Whilst being concentrated upon, the orbs can fly tremendously fast and can be manipulated at up to 30ft away from her body. As such, they make for fantastic weapons, in most cases being able to instantly kill a normal person in but a single strike. However, if any are ever outside of that 30ft distance, those ones will instantly revert to being inanimate objects until she is back within range to control them.

Whilst not being concentrated upon, the orbs can either remain inanimate objects, or (if they are within range) Ahana can cause them to hover in the air near her, following her around wherever she goes.

Essence Cost: 2400

Staff Edit: I'm inclined to say you're gonna have to take a rank of Ranged Move Object on this, with Limited on the orbs.
