Descriptor: A motorcycle. Well, an evil unicorn demigod trapped in the form of a motorcycle. The Crossroads isn't attuned enough with the Radical Lands to support Sparklelord's true form, so it transformed them into the closest possible thing - a white motorcycle with rainbow stripes along the side. While they appear to be a regular motorcycle, if a little queer-coded, they are supernaturally fast and powerful, as well as sentient. However, they're also intensely evil, and have a deep-seated hatred for Dr. McNinja, the Crossroads, and existence in general. Good thing they're under Doc's control! Right?

Mechanically, Sparklelord follows the rules of motorcycles in Dr. McNinja. It can move on its own. The motorcycle can take up to three passengers, if the other two people really squeeze in on it. A person can ride it at up to 105 mph seemingly indefinitely and unaffected by the weight of its passengers. However, when making hard turns or doing any complicated maneuvers, the motorcycle needs to slow down to at least 30 mph before doing so. Of course, like all motorcycles, the rider can be dismounted via any of the usual moments.

Furthermore, the motorcycle is able to ride on walls. While it does so, it cannot make any hard turns or do any fancy maneuvers and MUST be riding at least 40 mph. It can somewhat steer? But don’t depend on it.

While riding on the wall or riding towards a ramp, Sparklelord can launch themselves into the air at up to 70 mph. You need at least 10 seconds to prepare such an ambitious jump, however. You can’t change the direction or speed of your jump once you’re in the air.

Sparklelord, while they hate their riders, is actually bound to protect them. They will, when the rider is in imminent danger, occasionally do a sicknasty stunt to protect them. However, they do so without warning the rider, and therefore may throw off the rider by “accident”.

The bike itself can be ridden by anyone that Doc allows. When it collides with an object, regardless of its actual speed, the ramming speed will cause a moderate amount of damage. It’s difficult to aim, and actually colliding with something WILL cause a crash that can lead to unpleasant situations, but… you can do it?

When upgrading abilities, you don’t need to deduct the difference from the new version. Instead, just list the new cost and add the difference to your spent essence when approved. This is a minor issue though, just for reference in the future.

Descriptor: Chara views the world with a different eye than the rest, and can use that to create, with the power of her own determination, a different 'state', saving a copy of earlier physical statistics and forcing herself back into that past state. This allows her to remove wounds that were there previously, though this ability is somewhat limited - while it can overwrite wounds to an extent, severe enough damage is too difficult to rewrite, as Reality chooses to snap-back against certain levels of damage. Doing this forces Chara back into a position she was before taking these injries, sometime in the last ten seconds, teleporting her back.

While this allows her to heal injuries, it is limited to recent injuries - those incurred within the last short span of time. as a result, it cannot be used to heal injuries that are any older. This is made worse by the fact that the ability may only be used once before Chara needs to take a brief breather - roughly ten seconds or so - to focus her own magic and determination through her body to recharge the ability. Thus, if she is disabled from using the ability, or runs out of charges, any further damage before that timer cannot be fixed by use of this ability.

the teleportation is similarly limited - while she can teleport away from attacks using this ability, she is strictly limited to a convenient position she has already physically been in within the last ten seconds, down to the exact stance and pose she was in. If every single one of those positions leaves her in danger - well, that's just tough.

Essence Cost: 700

STAFF EDIT: Is this for an NPC? If so, you don't need to get abilities for them approved.

The aside, the cost for this one is...a bit off. The effect (in this case, Protection) should be listed before any modifiers applied to it, just to make things easy to keep track of what is being applied to what.

Additionally, at your current level, you aren't able to purchase rank 7 Protection, which is what this is judging by the cost. And even if you could, the costs you've listed for the Ongoing and Removable modifiers wouldn't be accurate to the cost. So, purely as an example, if this were written up properly with costs and everything accounted for, it would be:

Cost: 1,050

Again, as a final note, if this ability is for an NPC you don't need to get it approved. But if this is for a character or actual Summon, then make sure the ranks fit what you are able to purchase then resubmit it.

Additionally, a rank 2 Master Skill (as you have for your gun skills here) would only cost 100, not 300.

Finally, if this is for an NPC, you don't need to get this approved. If it's for an actual character or Summon, then make sure you get all your skills, ranks and costs fixed and corrected, then resubmit.

STAFF EDIT: Marcus's skill is a bit too broad and Touches on territory that's more handled by the concealment ability than just a master skill. If you want a skill showing his experience, I'd recommend going with "Knowledge: Infiltration", which I think can handle a lot of what you want this ability to do.

Once formed Sephiroth can act as normal, only needing to keep some attention on it for the crystal to remain in play. Though it will dispel if Sephiroth is staggered or distracted. Casting the spell takes from Sephiroth’s magic points and can only be cast a few times, and the elemental nature makes the attack weak against those either natural resistant to or protected from cold.
