Descriptor: Combining culinary skill, alchemy, and healing magics Ricter can bake special donuts that when eaten recovers the health of the target. One bite from the donuts can sustain a person of the need for food and drink for one day, eating the whole thing expands that to three days. With minor enchantments on the treats, no matter how they look, when eaten they taste delicious and offer a rejuvenating energy packed sensation when ingested.

He can only carry a finite amount at any given time, typically having only 6 or so of them wrapped up in his bag, if traveling around. He is unable to make more unless he has a kitchen and ingredients readily available, taking thirty minutes or more to craft. Given this box is on his person it is removable, while the donuts themselves only require one bite to work but activate their healing effect after being ingested for 10 seconds. Since this is a food item its limited to only working on living creatures who are capable of eating and digestion.

Essence Cost: 50

Jeff Edit: Negative Modifiers can never reduce the price of an Ability to less than 50 per rank. As with all "Ongoing" type Effects (of which Adaptation: Starvation and Thirst is one), it will last until the end of the scene, so if the scene ends before 1-3 days, so will the "buff". If it lasts longer (which it may, but isn't likely), it'll last the duration you specified. I'm not sure the Limit you added is a viable one, I'll check with Bandit. The exclusion of people who cannot eat is a very tiny detriment, as most beings will be able to eat. Change it to "Must be Eaten" to be appropriate.

What I'm wanting to do is move two effects from one ability to another (then upgrade those effects to Affect Multiple). I'll submit these two things as separate forms, because it'll be less confusing that way.

It is currently able to heal the equivalent of one moderate injury per person (such as a sword slash) every few seconds, with more serious injuries taking longer.

Also, though this cannot be seen by the naked eye as it occurs on a microscopic level, her aura actually repairs all damage done by diseases and poisons faster than it can be inflicted, rendering everyone within range immune to the effects of those.

Negative Modifiers: Side Effect, Weakness

Descriptor: Scylla orders one or more of her dogs to grab someone (or multiple) and try to hold them in place. They do this with a coiling, snake-like body, wrapping around and constricting to prevent movement, which they do for however long until Scylla orders them to stand down, even at the cost of harm to themselves. While her dogs are holding someone, Scylla is incapable of moving away from them, and if at least 3 of her dogs are holding someone, she isn’t capable of moving much at all. Unsurprisingly, this order is ineffective against creatures much larger and/or physically stronger than Scylla.

Jeff Edit: I think you meant to Add Self/Other, but I don't see it. It's also not reflected in the cost, and even if it was, it would bring the cost below 250 (to 125), which would put you below the minimum cost.

Descriptor: Thanks to a recipe from a friend he has learned to make lollipops with certain effects to them, having multiple different colors for each one these lollipops they give off a strong scent that when unwrapped travels in a 30 foot area around the small object. The scent causes the eyes of felines to dilate and act extremely distracted to the point of being in a minor trance or dizzy spell, the world seems foggy and concentration is very difficult but it offers a nice sensation of warmth. The less will power the targets have the more supportable to the item they are, but it tastes sweet and is great for a quick treat.

They do however offer an energy boost to allow working past the late hours of night, they are filing and packed with flavor as well, while also being nutritious. He can only carry a finite amount at any given time, typically having only 5 or so of them wrapped up in his bag, if traveling around. Luckily it is limited to only working on felines, cats, big-cats, and cat-like people who have some form of genetics to these kinds of animals.

Jeff Edit: The wording of this Ability is a bit... wonky. An unwrapped pop gives an Debuff Aura to cat-peeps that makes it hard for them to concentrate and such. But then you eat them and they apply the Need for Sleep and Starvation/Thirst Adaptations? I think I understand what you're going for (unwrapping a pop to provide a Debuff and eating it to provide a Buff), but remember that Effects in an Ability all resolve when you activate the Ability. I think this might be better off being placed into two separate Abilities, one for the unwrapped aura and one for the eaten boosts.

Ahana's aura is currently able to heal one likely-fatal injury (e.g. being impaled on a greatsword) per person in only a few seconds, with the time taken for more and less serious wounds being longer and shorter, respectively.
