Descriptor: It is difficult to cause damage to Cyrus, and he does not seem to experience pain as one might expect. Cyrus can also stretch this protection to others that he can see while preserving his own protection by means of a shining, glowing bubble that erupts from him, or morphs itself to surround allies, friends, or even enemies!: This protection is based on his emotions to start, and can be chaotic. If he is worried about someone getting hurt, it's likely that he will accidentally protect them. The protection stretches from him to others by means of a glittering "tether", and objects, people, and damage can move through the "tether". So, the space between himself and his targeted shield-recipient does not receive any protection, unless he is specifically trying to do so. Narratively, this means that projectiles or guns can be fired between himself and a shield-recipient. This shield does not slow or prevent others from moving in any way, and his armor will follow them, so long as he can see them.

Upon exhale this gas is sprayed out of Pecan's mouth through the tubes with a soft hissing noise. Using this Pecan is able to fill a large area with this gas in only a few moments. The synthesized gas quickly breaks down and becomes inert, especially in windy areas, but if exposed to a fire source it will ignite and create a devastating explosion.

Staff Edit: Why is this Finite? You should say that he only has x shots or something of that same line to justify finite.

When pure words are not enough, Suilaebhan has a means of getting his point across. The Subliminal Voice. This ability enhances his natural Speechcraft by adding a normally inaudible secondary voice to what he says, which can more easily persuade, frighten or fool the listener. Those with sharp ears may hear this secondary voice and thus ignore (or react negatively to) the supernatural effect.

The Subliminal Voice reinforces what is being said aloud, as such it cannot be used to convince a target of anything other than what Suilaebhan is already saying. He may use this ability to sway emotions or attitudes, or he may even make requests through Subliminal Voice. However, the effect is not always reliable and can simply fail if the desired manipulation is too extreme for the target's specific circumstance.

The effect is semi long lasting, but not permanent. Depending on the severity of the request/lie or intimidation, the effects can be permanent or incite negative responses, depending on the target's disposition and what they were made to believe or do. Some targets may simply never realize they were manipulated depending on gullibility or if the Subliminal Voice was used for a very mild purpose.

For the Subliminal Voice to take hold, Suilaebhan must speak to the target for at least one minute, though extreme requests may take much longer.

Staff Edit: A few things, does this need ranged? Anything that can be done within 10 feet doesn't need ranged. Additionally, why is this chaotic? I don't see anything that the character cannot control.

Q1: does this need ranged?
This can indeed be used as a single-target ranged ability. The phrase "The target must be able to see Suilaebhan, though he need not see the target (in the case of invisibility or stealth.) has been added to the last paragraph. The range is the range of sound and visibility in the situation.

Q2: Why is this chaotic?
"These Effects are wildly difficult to use for their intended purposes." The first sentence of chaotic. "

"However, the effect is not always reliable and can simply fail if the desired manipulation is too extreme for the target's specific circumstance." Last sentence of paragraph three.

Thought I added this in, but now I'll add "Outcomes may not always be desired either, a target may have their own ideas or interpretations of suggestions which may not be remotely close to the desired outcome" at the end of paragraph three.

Descriptor: The purest expression of flame alchemy. Using the appropriate transmutation circle, Mustang manipulates the air around his intended target, as well as in a controlled line in front of himself. The gasses of the air become so heavily concentrated that a simple spark will ignite the target in a searing fireball practically without warning. Mustang tempers his power when thinking clearly but could easily kill a normal human with this attack if he did not restrain himself.
In order to use this power in combat, Roy requires a pair of specially crafted gloves with the transmutation circle for flame alchemy. In addition, the conditions for flame alchemy are temperamental. If there’s too much humidity in the air, or the gloves become wet, Mustang cannot create the spark required to trigger the flame.

Descriptor: Like most Cybertronians, Starscream is capable of transforming into a vehicular form. Starscream’s chosen form is that of a jet— an F-16 Fighting Falcon, to be exact. The transformation time is about 10 seconds between “robot mode” and jet mode. Due to Starscream’s malfunctioning T-cog, this transformation is exhausting to maintain and somewhat unwieldy.

Starscream is capable of jet-powered flight while in this alt-mode. Takeoff is nearly instantaneous and he can reach speeds of up to 105 miles per hour. Unfortunately, because of damage to his frame, Starscream’s legendary flight capabilities are somewhat reduced; it is difficult for him to maintain perfect balance in the air and, overall, the experience is quite tiring for him.

Descriptor: Caustic is a pioneer in inhaled chemical agents and biotoxins, and has perfected his own special mix he has dubbed Nox Gas. In the Apex Games, the sight of the squat black and orange cylinders tucked into a corner or inflating behind your team was terror inducing. Now he's brought his toxins to the Crossroads. In their portable form, they are thick footwide disks of metal that the good doctor can throw up to 5 feet. The disk then rapidly inflates, filling a plastic bladder with Nox Gas. The gas is released when a small scanner on top detects proximity movement, and it induces tearing, coughing, and choking. Anyone caught in the gas will have a hard time moving out of its range of effect. Caustic can only toss out 6 gas traps at a time before having to synthesize more gas for his personal stock that he carries on him.

Essence Cost: 550

This should cost 600 essence, not 550 but its approved at 600 essence
