Physical Description:
Valvatorez appears to be a pale, shorter than average young adult male with black hair and red eyes. He wears a formal outfit of mostly black with red on the inside of his long Cape and red and white accents. With white gloves, tall collar, and exaggerated cuffs, his outfit stands out loudly and just shouts darkness, villain, or vampire.
Character History:
Long ago Valvatorez was once know as a Tyrant. Rumors of The Bloodthirsty King of Fear, The King of Carnage and Atrocity, and other equally grandiose titles spread far and wide in the human world. One day he met a beautiful woman who did not fear him. Hurting his pride, he refused to drink human blood until he could scare her. However, she was a nurse during a war who indiscriminately aided anyone who was hurt. This lead to her being killed by soldiers from her own country seeing her as a traitor. As a proud and noble demon, he kept his promise to not drink human blood, leading to a decline in his power.
After a while he found himself in Hades as a lowly Prinny instructor, a demon teaching the criminal souls of humans how to properly behave before sending them off to pay for their sins. One day a graduating class was stolen from him by the demon government before he could give them something he promised, a sardine. Off in pursuit, this lead, with the manipulation of his trusted aide Fenrich, to his rebellion against the government. It needed to be taught a lesson, for it was the government that failed its duties.
This lead to a culmination of events that lead Valvatorez and others that joined his Hades Party to the human world and the ultimate source of the corruption in the worlds. Having dealt with the problem, Valvatorez retired back to his job as a Prinny Instructor.
