Hardworking Gunslinger

He is rather grimy, and has a bleak outlook on the current state of events, what's shown in his lack of hope. At the same time, he prefers not to project that negativity on to the other survivors, and rather acts very cautious around them, trying not to take any risks, and escape dangerous areas as soon as possible. Despite that, he is ready to take action when necessary, and he doesn't mind fighting when it's the only option.

He is dressed in a tucked-in beige jacket with the sleeves rolled up, a white shirt, jeans, a belt with a yellow buckle, brown shoes, and a tan ten-gallon hat. He has friendly mutton chops

Character History:

There's nothing known about Bill's backstory and his motivation for fighting zombies aside from the fact that before becoming the leader of the group of many different people, many people close to him have died during the initial outbreak. He is keen and determined, eventually leading his group to the main source of the plague, Cephalopods. He may have his own reasons to fight it, rather than just saving the world.

After defeating one of the.Cephalopods.... he, along with the rest of the survivors, went back on the bus and continued their journey in the wastes of humanity.... but as soon as the Sherif went to sleep that day..... he instead woken up to a strange and much more beautiful, if not more dangerous place than his own home. With nothing else other than his trusty rifle and a few units he can spawn... he makes his way through the planet of Kraw... trying to find a purpose now that he was taken from his home and thrown into another for no apparent reason.

Description - a normal bolt-action rifle, it’s the main weapon used by Bill whenever in combat, it is capable of killing a human being if shot correctly, but needs to be reloaded with each shot, making it an unreliable weapon if against a quick opponent that can easily unarm him.

Description - a light machine gun, it being an unknown model of machine gun in his world, it is capable of firing 60 rounds that can easily kill a human being in a couple of shots.... but the down side is that the area it effects which is up to 20 feet in front of him, it fires on anything within its range, ally or foe, nothing is safe from the machine gun. It is only usable when Bill becomes extremely angry in a combat situation, whether through losing said battle or being damaged, and even then, after 60 shots have been fired, it will disappear and would only appear once more after Bill becomes angry again after 15 minutes have passed after initial use of the weapon. It can also only be used 2 times a day, so Bill has to use it sparingly

Description: A normal swing with a Sledgehammer from the unit, it is deadly upon opponents who are not outright defending against the attack... but still a physical and close range weapon at best.

Ongoing (+300)
Description: Wearing ballistic armor that is not only covering the entire body of the unit, but also wearing a bulletproof helmet, this man can easily tank small and medium arms fire. Surprisingly, it’s also good at stopping swords and knifes... pretty good for armor that was meant for bullet based attacks.

Name: Gas Mask / protective gear
Adaptation (Chemical and Toxic Environments) (50)
Description: A simple gas mask along with being covered in a full protective covering that is capable of stopping most dangerous chemicals and toxins in the environment.... not good at stopping attacks based on it tho.

Character Behavior: Our character behavior system is set up where each character’s general personality is described with a two-word identifier. Although what you have written here is good, you should really follow the format we have developed here.

Character History: Is Bill a native to our setting, the Crossroads? (You have that option even with canon characters). If the answer is yes, please try to tie his backstory back to some world in our setting. If not, how did he get here? He might’ve been transported via portal, died and woken up here, or been transported by some other mystical means.

Just needing to reload every shot isn't really Finite, since your character needs to spend a narratively significant amount of time recharging their ability for it to qualify. Running out of ammo altogether would be Finite though, since then your character would need to spend a significant amount of time stocking up on ammo at some point.

It is only usable when 100 rage is collected, and even then, after 60 shots have been fired 60 shots, it will disappear and would only appear once more after the maximum amount of rage is collected once more.

Unfortunately, at Level 1 your ability's rank cannot exceed Rank 5. Please see the Level Progression section on this page.

In addition, each Rank of Affects Multiple has a set range, and that set range is 20 ft. You need to buy Affects Multiple three times to get it up to the 50 ft range. This would be Affects Multiple (+100E) multiplied by the Damage Effect's rank, then multiplied by 3.

We also don't have Rage Points on this website, so this isn't an adequate example of Limited for our system. However, if you were to say that this machine gun "Only works when Bill is really angry" or something similar, that would be Limited and would work within our system. You can, of course, use the Rage points as RP flavor/fodder if you want.

For ease of understanding, I would split your Summons into their own individual Rank 1 Summoning abilities.

Your explanation of your Chaotic modifier is not exactly Chaotic, because the Chaotic modifier implies that when you Summon these units at all, they will attack at random and not behave as intended. Also, Summons cannot be killed by other player characters without express permission, so it would always be something within your control.

Also, like the Rage points, Courage is not something that is quantified within our system. Limited applies to abilities that work only in certain situations or only on certain things, and it is also supposed to reduce HALF of the ability's effectiveness. Is there a way you can reformat Courage to fit our system?

Name: Ballistic armor
Protection - Tier 3 (+300)
Description:
A set piece of Ballistic armor and a blue helmet, it is easily able to stop attacks such as regular bullets from small to medium hand held fire arms, but is less effective on melee based attacks from other weapons.

This needs the Ongoing modifier (+100 per rank) since this summon is always wearing armor.

Ok.... I believe I fixed every mistake I have made in my first attempt.... but still not completely sure. If I made any mistakes with the Essence costs or something I gotten wrong.... please let me know so that I can fix it

This is great! Your Essence calculations are on point. Just one more thing!

How long, in general, would it take for Bill's anger to fade enough for this machine gun to disappear? And how long before he can summon it again? Remember, your character needs to spend a narratively significant amount of time recharging their ability for it to qualify for the Finite modifier.
