Arno is a Jovial Shopkeeper. You don't get repeat customers by being a grumpy ass. Arno is generally likeable and almost always in a decent mood.
He's a Shopkeeper. His adventuring days are long gone. These days, he just mans the fort in his shop, selling whatever he can to whoever is interested.
Physical Description:
Arno is a Forest Gnome. He's on the shorter end, at just over 3 foot tall. He is well spoken and well dressed, beneath his tatty apron and neckerchief which are generally stained by ingredients from his potion brewing.
Character History:
Arno is a native of Erde Nona, born and raised in one of the more organic boroughs of Arcadia, in a treehouse fit to bursting with his large family. His childhood was relatively simple, his family were loving, he was educated. He attended Arcadia High School and later the University of Arcadia, all the while developing a penchant for tinkering and alchemy.
Soon enough, he got the bug for a little more adventure in his life. He travelled the Crossroads with a group of compatriots, helping the downtrodden and vulnerable as they went.
Eventually, his little group disbanded and he returned to Arcadia to settle down and set up his shop; Illgot & Gains.

Arno created this "firearm" to use as the conduit for his Fire Bolt spell. It's little more than his wand, but with various runes and sigils scribed into it to increase the damage from the spells he fires from it.

A racial trait of the Forest Gnomes, Arno can summon minor illusions. Currently he is only able to summon images of inanimate objects. He could theoretically summon an image of a person or creature but it wouldn’t be able to move. In order to maintain the illusion, Arno must concentrate on keeping it in place. If he becomes distracted, the illusion wavers. The illusion also has a maximum duration of one minute before Arno needs to recast it after reciting the necessary incantation and patterns.
