Quest Description: Following the aftermath of their recent heist, Heralds of the True Heir member Caustic has been apprehended by Arcadian law enforcement. Caustic is currently incarcerated in Rura Penthe, a blacksite prison located on a remote mountain in The Hinterlands. Anders has been searching for someone capable of discovering, casing, and ultimately jailbreaking Rura Penthe. Expect heavy resistance in the form of bleeding edge security tech and highly capable guards. Failure to properly prepare and execute will result in death or capture for everyone involved. However, The Heralds are willing to pay handsomely for success.

Bonus Objective (5000 words, with reward to be paid out by Anders): Arcadia has done an excellent job at squashing any sort of organized resistance, and The Heralds have found few on-world allies. Unbeknownst to Anders, Rura Penthe is home to several high-profile criminals and terrorists. Were these ne'er do wells to be released then the seeds for other anti-Arcadian factions will be planted. Upon discovery of these criminals Anders will urge you to release them as well, offering a significant bonus for successfully jailbreaking them.

For his crusade against Arcadia, Anders wishes to restore one of these foundries and use it to raise an army. Upon accepting the mission Anders will digitally transmit the coordinates of a foundry to you. Your job is to clear out any unwanted guests, bypass any security measures, and secure the facility for Anders’s eventual restoration. Be wary, a shadowy arm of Arcadia’s government wants these facilities destroyed and has dispatched several mages to get the job done. The odds of running into one of these agents is high.

The ARC was formed to combat the unmaking after the major powers ignored it; in a post-Nausicaa era, they are no longer the only ones concerned about the threat, and are actually benefiting from more public awareness of Darkseid's threat. However, with more publicity comes more threats. The ARC has learned of a group of space pirates who've crafted a base on a large asteroid, siphoning desperate refugees from the ARC and claiming to have more resources. However, when these poor people arrive on the asteroid, the pirates enslaved them, forcing them to work to build weapons. Go to the asteroid, sneak into the compound, and free these people.

Bonus objective (+2500 words, 1 bonus influence point): Destroy the weapons that have already been made. If possible, find out what the pirates were planning to use them for. (this can be up to you!)

Quest Description: Maybe you’ve heard stories of ‘Jasper and the Gems’, or perhaps you have not. Either way, you find yourself outside the central city of Mesa Roja. Again, maybe you were driven out from the oasis or perhaps you just like to style yourself an adventurer of sorts. Either way, you stumble across someone injured in a cavern a few days from Karim (or any real civilization, let’s be honest). This someone appears to be mostly human, but they also exude an aura that is clearly non-human. Closer examination reveals that they are a ‘Gem’ – one of Jasper’s many loyal followers.

This Gem has been injured, and worse off, their gemstone has been broken. As a result, they are weakened and unable to return to their ‘colony’ (a term they seem to use to refer to tribal units). Despite the fact that you are an outsider, they ask your help to return them to the colony, even though they have little to offer you in return.

If you decide to return them, the colony will be happy, and the injured gem will give you the flaked piece of their gemstone as a sort of grim memento.

Quest Rewards: Standard Coin reward, + 3 Influence with Jasper’s Army, -3 Influence with ALL Karim factions, -3 Influence with Plaineview Inc., -3 Influence with Empire of Ahn’Qiraji, Inert Gemstone (vanity item; no Effects)

Extra Note: You could decide that you want nothing to do with ‘Jasper’s Army’ and decide to kill (or abandon) the gem. Finishing the Quest in this manner will instantly make you Hated with Jasper’s Army (they’ll find out eventually) but grant you +3 Influence with one of Karim’s Factions or the Ahn’Qiraji.

Quest Description:

Uruk grumbles in unrest. The city's ordinarily peaceful atmosphere has devolved into fear and panic. Once, citizens roamed the streets at night, unafraid. They believed that their King had ensured their safety and that they were finally free from adversity. Now, once the sun sets, the streets are empty besides the patrolling guards. Violent crime spread throughout the city, with renegades claiming to represent the 'Thieves Guild' assaulting and robbing average citizens in alleys. These hooligans leave their victims bloodied and unconscious, before robbing them and tagging a nearby wall with the Thieves' Guild symbol.

This streak of crime has garnered the attention of the King. He has increased the number of patrols in the city, to no avail. If matters don't resolve soon, he will take this into his own hands. If the Guild wants to remain in good standing in the city, it needs to reign in these outliers before they permanently damage its reputation with the city.

Quest Description: WYVERN has interests in continuing to staunch the unmade horde, and that extends to Erde Nona. This has lead to an increased interest in Darkseid's outposts and cult followings across the planet. while there aren't many large gatherings of the unmade hordes, a few have collected in the hinterlands and other areas abroad, taking advantage of the planet's large size and disconnected nature to make pockets of Darkseid's malice.

The Dreadnought's scanners have taken note of these places, and while these readings could be transmitted to Arcadia and it's armies, where's the profit in that? After all, may of these isolated places now have a wealth of equipment and no one to miss them.

During the quest, you'll be contacted by a WYVERN representative, entrusted with the Location and knowledge of a small unmade outpost, clear out the cultists there, and steal all the loot you can carry. the only thing required for you to do after this is to transmit the location so that WYVERN's scavengers can pick the remainder of the place clean. Oh, and enjoying yourself. After all, privateering is best done with a smile!

The winds of Erde nona have recently whispered of a place, favoring older technology and strange, mystical arts combined with surprisingly advanced, almost magical tech smattered in. The Revocare republic is a whisper, a phantom, a fable, but there is a path for those brave enough to find it, or so the stories go. What's more, it is said they are a warrior culture who embody fighting spirit and ability above all else! Historian humph baxter has seen your fighting spirit in the deathgame, and decided you are indeed a worthy candidate to look for the hidden city. In doing this task, perhaps the veteran Vitallion can find his way.

Go across the ancient paths, a perplexing mix of dirt and concrete, to reach the Revocare's fabled capital. You will find that the area is wild, filled with creatures both mundane and non, who seek to bar your way. The people on this trip you may meet are slim, but not non-existent. Look for clues that will allow you to find evidence of their true location, and stumble upon an ancient city, barred by mountains on all sides but one - a small outcropping of land over the ocean, where the Revocare navy thrives.

Once you are there, you will be asked by the guards to prove yourselves useful to the empire, if you wish to stay, or to take a vow of silence, if you wish to leave, but you will have one week to survive. If you choose to stay, as an outsider, you will be put to some great task to prove your willingness, and set aside any worries of betrayal - Slaying a great beast, fighting a champion of a rival empire, or helping the empire build and grow their great walls and gates thicker than they are. Only once you have finished such a task will you be given citizenship, and a choice - to tell Humph of the hidden city, or preserve it's secrecy - and safety - and be rewarded by the Republic's Leader, lord Tiberius.

Quest Description:
A hero, one well-documented, wishing to join an organization like WYVERN? there is doubt, despite your appearance change. Still, you have some power in you, and if your alignment has truly changed?

Well, we can certainly find out.

Go to Mesa Roja. there is an outpost there, lead by enemies of Ridley. House Skeur, a group dedicated to opposing the Qiraji, gems, and other threats to Karim that their city at large tends to ignore. They have a penchant for advanced machinery built ruggedly to handle the desert terrain, quite a bit of ammo, and an eclectic mix of Gerudos, humans, gems, and even Protoss volunteers from Erde.

Ridley bids that you go to a designated outpost of theirs, a listening post they use to coordinate, and burn it to the ground. any plunder you find is your own, but it is important you find their central communication network and break it beyond repair. This outpost must be purged and made utterly unsalvageable.

Do this... and you will gain some trust with WYVERN, and be granted a berth on the Dreadnought.

Quest Description:
The Gerudo do not often speak of these to strangers unless there is great need. The level of trust required in the one they speak to is high. Long ago, two witches, Koume and Kotake, created several mystical artifacts to help the gerudo, and while they fell to wickedness later in their lives, their accomplishments, honor, and talent made these artifacts a matter of honor. Two of these, the Bandit's chill and the Desert heat, were thought to be lost long ago. mystical totems, the two were said to give someone the power to grant warmth to the hearts of those affected, and to chill the most powerful rages. Together, they are also said to have a special power, though the details have been lost from the oral traditions of the Gerudo over time. though abandoned by their creators in their lust for power in later life, these artifacts remained sacred and kept by the Gerudo for a long time.

That was, until a Wizard, an alien known as a Namekian with green skin and antennae, clad in white and claiming to be a hero, stole both artifacts some hundred years ago. While the Wizard Sheru was known to have done many good deeds over the years, his reasoning for stealing such a precious pair of artifacts has never been known, nor had the location ever been revealed, and he was revealed to have died a short time afterwards of a strange illness that ate away at the soul.

Recently, however, the house of Gerudo has discovered their location through divination, within a massive complex beneath the sands. pressed as they are by other concerns, including a few troubling incidents within Mesa Roja and investigating the rumors of Darkseid collaborating with the Qiraji, they lack the people to go find the strange artifacts, so they've revealed this secret to you as a point of trust. They also advise caution, however, for others may have found this place as well, treasure hunters - and no ordinary treasure hunters, for their scouts report ogres, strangely competent and unusually intelligent, with the power of magic to augment their already vaunted physical abilities. Tread carefully, but move quickly, and retrieve the artifact if you can. If you cannot - at least make sure such destructive forces cannot wield the twin artifacts power for their own ends, and destroy them if you must!

    In the heart of the sprawling rainforest that is Kraw, a beseeching whisper beckons to you, brave Zagreus. Aithra, an elderly dryad and keeper of secrets hidden within this world's endless jungle, seeks your aid. Tales have surfaced of a vast labyrinth, concealed beneath the dense foliage of Kraw, harboring an enigmatic creature that stalks the shadows—a malevolent, or perhaps simply misunderstood, being that echoes a long-forgotten myth.

    Feeling great sorrow for the creature's lonesome existence, Aithra will guide you to a series of city-like ruins scattered across the woodland, where cryptic inscriptions describe a massive labyrinthine structure. The symbols will be familiar to you, and seem to sing a song of a hero's descent into the heart of the labyrinth's darkness.

    You must navigate the dense undergrowth alongside Aithra, deciphering the clues etched upon stone tablets hidden within the ruins and fending off any attacks from the native flora and fauna. These clues with guide you towards the entrance of the labyrinth. You must enter to continue the quest, of course.

    As you delve deeper into the winding corridors, you will uncover even more murals depicting a hero's journey through the maze, telling of a confrontation with a mighty entity with the head of a beast and the body of a man. The labyrinth itself seems to respond to your presence, shifting and evolving as you progress—a living puzzle lined with ancient traps and riddles, designed to test the mettle of those who dare enter.

It was creepy yet beautiful though the purple swamp didn't look to be safe and my friend pointed it out. Then something rose out of the purple water. A horrid creature with empty eye sockets, a large open maw, dangly arms that look like a chicken's featherless wings, and a smell of rotten burning flesh permeated the air. I took a pic in shock and my colleague tried to run but arms came out of the poisonous swamp and dragged him in, as I saw him submerged in it, the poor fool was too close for his good.

I ran to the nearest village and they told me that what I just ran into was the Drowned Hand. A legendary creature that is said to have been an undead creature that fell in the poisonous swamp, others say he was a hapless soul that succumbed to the Uncanny Valley and fell in. When I returned home I couldn't stop having nightmares about the creature and my close friend dying in front of me. I won't rest until that creature is dead and my partner is avenged. Be careful as it usually sits within the center of the poisonous swamp while the hands come up from the earth to grab you. Best to fight it from a distance as even touching the swamp is a fatal mistake.

Quest Description: Extremely cute fluffy creatures have appeared out of the Uncanny Valley and people have been taking them in as pets. People have found three things: 1. They hate bright lights and sunlight kills them. 2. They multiply when wet. And 3. Once fed after midnight they enter a metamorphosis cocoon state and come out as vicious little green monsters. They have run off and have hidden themselves in one of the many major locations of Nos'talgia. We don't know how many there are or how much they have multiplied so we might need more than one person for the job.
