Personality and Reactions
First impressions of Demetri would give you a sense of mystery and aloofness. To those he doesn't trust or consider close, he tends to be rather more serious and cold, although he can also be more playful at times. He enjoys playing trickster and does so often, keeping those he talks to on their toes. One may find themselves walking next to Demetri one moment and seeing him around the next corner flipping a coin the next. If one can manage to track the elusive thief than they can earn his respect rather fast, as the cunning ruffian considers a sharp eye to be a fun challenge.

When not trying to make you trip over your own feet, Demetri is a casual joker, taking a relaxed tone while also wary of his surroundings. Being a criminal, he can be hunted at any moment, but it doesn't hamper his humorous outlook. He can come off as arrogant in this way, believing himself to be far more skilled than any other, sometimes overestimating his own abilities. However, he still roams the streets casually to this day, so he must be at least partially correct, not to say he hasn't had close calls, the stories hidden within his few scars. Though he isn't too much of a social butterfly, his charisma shows with his sly tongue and confident remarks. He can be pretty convincing when he needs to be, whether through persuasion or deceit.

Once he begins his craft, Demetri takes himself and others a bit more seriously, though still throws around jokes if he has the breath. Demetri believes himself to be quite competent and does well to accomplish his goals. Failing a mission or goal hits him hard, as it topples his ego, and forces him to throw out his humor for a more strategic tone. When pushed to challenge, he takes on this tone as well, the stress stretching his grin into a grimace, his humor taking an insulting and lashing tone. His body will tense and he will attempt more drastic measures and maneuvers in order to complete his task. He will admit that sometimes he does enjoy being pushed this far, as it makes his life more interesting.

‘Combat’ Style –Demetri often takes a moment to analyze his situation before executing some complex maneuver that will probably backfire on him terribly. He can be cautious, but his ego can get the best of him at times. The more stressed he is in battle, the quieter he is, otherwise he won't stop quipping.

Demetri is able to create very convincing illusions that border on mimicking reality itself. Targets all within twenty feet of each other that he can see can be cast into a trance that restricts their perceptions of their surroundings and replaces it with the controlled illusion. Demetri must focus and micromanage these illusions with subtle movements of his fingers, hands, and arms or else they will shimmer and break. While casting, he can still move and speak with relative ease. However, Demetri must also suffer the illusion, restricting his normal perceptions to the same range as his targets(based on illusion level). Think of it as a projected skybox.

Demetri is easily able to cast simple and quick illusions that rely on sight or sound. They must be directly manipulated through subtle movements with his hands in order to control, and dissipate quickly after.
