Personality – Man, how do I describe myself? I’m a lovable guy. Well, that’s a lie, I’m the kind of guy that brings you in with a slick tongue and some roguish looks and then beats you over the head with a crowbar. I mean, what else can I say baby? I try not to take things too seriously, that’s the problem with most people nowadays. They get too wrapped up in trying to justify cracking some heads and can’t really sit back and commit some good ol’ fashioned homicide.

Possible Reactions – I’m here to fuck people up. Winning would be nice, but hell, I’m just here to hurt people. Leave all that care bear shit to the freshies, Ol’ Pecan is a veteran murderer and he won’t be caught dead being any kind of friendly.

Relationships – Okay, well, maybe that was a bit of a lie. Nico Cinder seems alright. Dude can shred on a board and generally seems like a pretty swell guy. Still wouldn’t mind popping him open given a good chance, but he’s the kind of guy you save till the end. Ya know, the dessert after the meal kind of thing.

‘Combat’ Style – As said before, set my fights to some thrash metal and I’m all in baby. Aggression is the game, I don’t have the patience for sitting around while these dumbasses hold each other’s hands. You run away? I’ll shoot you in the back. Give me some blood to shed and I’m all over it.

Eligible Abilities

Lucky Dog - 300

Protection 3 - 300
Modifiers: Ongoing (300), Chaotic (-150), Limited: Does not work against guaranteed hits (-150)

Pecan would have been dead years ago were it not for his incredible luck. Some cosmic force of fortune seems to protect the vagrant and because of that he has been able to avoid many attacks that would’ve left others dead. This can manifest itself as a near-hit like a bullet grazing him or something more esoteric like finding a lead-lined fridge to hide in against an explosion. Pecan’s body is no more durable than a regular human and his luck does occasionally run out. Additionally when faced with a scenario where it is impossible to avoid damage (such as a gun barrel held to his temple) the odds of his luck bailing him out drastically drop.

Zap Hand - 350

Damage 3 - 300
Modifiers: Finite (-150), Side Effect (-150)
Debuff 4 - 400
Modifiers: Finite (-200), Side Effect (-200)

Implanted just beneath the skin on Pecan’s left hand are several high-power electrodes. Using these electrodes Pecan can grab an opponent and send electricity into an opponent’s body. Once grabbed the target is locked in place as the electricity forces their muscles to contract. For the next ten seconds they are subject to a devastating wave of electricity. In an effort to make his zap hand more destructive Pecan removed most of the internal inhibitors which means that he suffers a portion of the shock. Although the power for the shock is generated naturally through his own metabolism this process still takes time and he must wait about twenty-four hours until he can use it again.

Revenant’s Breath - 350

Adaptation: Immune to Pain (200)
Modifiers: Activation: 30 seconds (-100)
Adaptation: Nonbiological Anatomy (300)
Modifiers: Activation: 30 seconds (-100)
Endurance 1 (100)
Modifiers: Activation: 30 seconds (-100)

Appearing as a small nebuliser attached to an oxygen mask, Revenant’s Breath naturally synthesizes a cocktail of chemicals using nothing more than air and water. Stolen from a military lab Pecan holds this mask as one of his prized possessions. Holding the mask tight over one’s airways and twisting the nebuliser activates the Revenant’s Breath. A rush of cool vapor fills the user’s lungs and is absorbed into their body. Once the mask is remove soft blue vapor escapes from all available airways and, with a strong enough hit, from the ears and eyes as well. After about thirty seconds all pain receptors in the user’s body are silenced. Essentially the user is turned into a living zombie, capable of shrugging off mortal wounds as if they were nothing. This effect lasts for a few hours.

Extra – Dunno, you’d always done a good job writing my characters. Pecan is absolutely a psychopath, but he doesn’t take himself or anything too seriously.

Quotes – Maybe not any specific quotes, but he does refer to himself as “Ol’ Pecan” a lot. And has anecdotes about Mama Pecan, most of which are straight lies and played for gags.
