Pre-Omniverse:
Gilgamesh is the first Original King of the world and ruled over Babylon for many years. He is the basis of all myths and has owned every single treasure in the world before he had died. He had undergone many trials with his best friend Enkidu, even as to retrieve the flower of immortality just to have it eaten by a snake. Gilgamesh is two-thirds God and one-third human bringing him to believe he is much better than everyone else.

Fast-foward to modern day. There are Magi that spend their entire lives preparing for The Holy Grail War. Every Ten years an Item called the Holy Grail comes down from the Heavens and will grant one wish to the person who wields it. The grail chooses seven worthy Magi to become Masters, those who own servants. These Magi then undergo certain rituals to summon the Earth's Oldest heroes, who become servants. The Magi lend the Heroes their Mana in order to sustain their bodies, while the Heroes fight for the Master's in order to get the Holy Grail. The master receives Three Command Spells that FORCE the servant to comply to whatever the Master had ordered. There are seven types of servants that participate in the Holy War: Archer, Beserker, Saber, Lancer, Rider, Caster, and Assassin. These servants have special abilities called "Noble Phantasms" that are their signature move of ultimate power. The last pair standing gets their wish granted by the Holy Grail.

Gilgamesh is summoned during The Fourth Holy Grail war by a powerful mage known as Tokiomi. Gilgamesh is known as the "Archer" class due to his Gates Of Babylon. Gilgamesh knows the Grail was once in his large inventory of Treasures and will use the wish to punish all those who had dared to rob his grave. He serves Tokiomi, reluctantly, due to Tokiomi's daring and bossy nature that clashed hardly with Gilgamesh's. Gil resented Tokiomi and found the Master of Assassin, Kirei, to be much more fun.

Gil managed to convince Kirei to kill his mentor, Tokiomi, and then form a new pact with Gil allowing him to become Gil's new master. Kirei does this and takes "control" of Gilgamesh, allowing him to do what he pleased.

Toward's the end of the war only Saber, King Arthur, who is actually a female, and Gilgamesh are alive. The Holy Grail had descended from the Heavens waiting to be held by a servant. Gilgamesh and Saber are alone in the room and Gilgamesh does something absurd. Gilgamesh proposes to Arthur and promises to give her all the pleasures she could dream of in the world. Arthur does not accept and Gilgamesh does not take that too kindly. He fires a sword at Arthur impaling her in the leg. He says, "You may answer incorrectly to your heart's content. Before you can understand the joy of devotion to me."

Saber's master then comes in and uses two command spells to order Saber to user her Noble Phantasm, a giant beam that emanates from her sword, to DESTROY the Holy Grail. While she tries to refuse, her body moves against her, forcing her to destroy the Holy Grail. It works and out from the Holy Grail pours the Sins of Mankind, which serves as a black tar that would taint and make any normal being go insane. However, Gilgamesh is able to withstand this with ease. It is then when Omni took Gilgamesh from the black tar into his world.

Omniverse History:

Gilgamesh founded a city in the middle of the Endless Dunes. Worked hard on creating a city that eventually formed the "nation" of New Babylon. Was banished by Proto-Mouse, after a siege on his city. Escaped hell after defeating many gladiators and was released back into the Omniverse by Diablo. Participated in Dante's Abyss 2018 and was killed by Deadpool. Instead of respawning, Gilgamesh was instead transported into Inverxe.

PJ -- Friend -- Gilgamesh met this woman on his least favorite planet, Inverxe. There she saved his ass more than the occasional time and they grew to like one another. She now accompanies him on Mesa Roja

Miickey Mouse -- Frenemy -- Gilgamesh's long time arch-rival was his ally during the 2020 Dante's Abyss. They patched many old wounds, but the scars are still there. While Gil no longer despises the mouse, there is still some tension between them that could be resolved.

Gates of Babylon:
Damage 5
--Affects Multiple I
--Ranged
--Indirect

Effect: Gilgamesh opens golden portals to his collection and fires an array of weaponry (swords, axes, etc.) at whatever is in his path. The weapons shoot out aggressively at their targets. He can open these portals at any point he can see and can fire directly at his enemies this way.

Enkidu:
Debuff 5
--Ranged
--Ongoing
-Limited (Less Effective on Non-Gods)

Effect: Gilgamesh opens various portals around the area of his target, with golden chains throwing themselves out to bind around the limbs of their target. For divine or god-like enemies, these chains can feel impossible to escape, as they constrict tightly around these opponents. For common mortals, these chains just slow them down and are easier to tear off.

Treasures of Babylon:
Variable Creation III
--Concentration
Damage II
--Transferable
--Removable
--Limited (Only One At A Time)
Protection II
--Transferable
--Removable
--Limited (Only One At A Time)

Gilgamesh can summon various treatures from his vault by concentrating and opening up a golden portal. From this, he can summon various objects like gold, melee weapons, and shields. Gilgamesh can arm himself and others with the weaponry from his vault, but as soon as the items leave their hands, they evaporate into golden dust. Gilgamesh can only have one of each combat-related item out at a time.

Protection V

Gilgamesh snaps his fingers and snuffs out any damage-dealing magical spell, up to the level of protection he has.

Ea:
Damage III
Debuff I (Harder to Mimic)
--Ongoing

Effect: Gilgamesh summons Ea, the blade of creation, from his vault. It is a black, cylindrical sword covered in red runes. It is made of three rotating parts. Even though it doesn't look much like a sword, it can be used quite effectively.

It is one of a kind, and Gilgamesh cannot resummon it if it is removed from his hand. Additionally, this item is enigmatic and hard to mimic.

Enuma Elish:
Damage VI
--Affects Multiple
--Ranged
--Limited (Must be Wielding Ea)
--Indiscriminate

Effect: Gilgamesh raises Ea and causes each of the rotating segments to spin rapidly. He then cries out "Enuma Elish" and points the sword at his target, unleashing a powerful force of wind to devastate those in a direct path in front of him.

Base (City/9th Level)
Total Cost: 82760

Current City Status:
The Great City of Uruk lies in Mesa Roja. It is a developing city, with many Syntech employees running construction projects to build the infrastructure of the city. It is currently unoccupied, other than Gilgamesh and his few allies. In the middle of the city is a palace/ziggurat where Gilgamesh and his throne lay. Karl Jak took on some of the construction costs if Gilgamesh promised to reserve a small section so that Syntech Employees may stay there for vacation

Current City Defenders:
Gilgamesh and his minions

Players With Access:
Sigmund Vrell, Victor Wolfe, Masa, Mickey, Ty Lee

Base Abilities:

Portal Room:
Teleporter
Callback

Effect: In Gilgamesh's castle, lies an ornate room with runes engraved into the ground. With the aid of a competent magus, the runes can be activated, creating a portal. These portals can be used to teleport Babylonians across the crossroads or summon them back when needed.

God-King's Wrath
Damage - Rank VII
--Ranged
--Affects multiple I

Effect: A battery of cannons set up along the wall of Uruk, these gilded artillery pieces are the first line of defense against would-be invaders. Inlaid with eldritch runes, courtesy of Sigmund, they do not require mundane ammunition but instead fire coruscating bolts of violet and gold energy which explode violently when they land, decimating anything and anyone around them with their divine power.

The Golden Cross:
Healing V
--Side Effect(Needs time to recover)

Effect:
In the city of Uruk lies a large building with a Golden Cross that is proudly erect atop of it. This symbolized the Golden Cross, Uruk's most famous hospital. Here, with a combination of ancient tradition, religious ceremonies, and state-of-the-art technology, citizens of the Empire can be treated for free.

After the surgery, patients report feeling extreme pain and soreness at the site for days. They also report feeling the weirdest urge to join the military for Gilgamesh's glory.

City Walls:
Protection VII
--Ongoing
--Limited (Can be flown over)

Effect: The City of Uruk is surrounded by large walls that protect its denizens from the outside terrors of Mesa Roja. While the walls are great at protecting the city from terrestrial threats, Babylonia still has problems chasing off the enormous, dangerous vultures. (Paid for by Gilgamesh)

Communications Room:
Communication

Effect: Throughout the city of Uruk are speakers that can be accessed through the communications room. The communications room is on the upper floor of the barracks. From here, someone can deliver messages to all of Uruk through the installed speakers. (Paid for by Gilgamesh)

Highspeed Railway:
Speed VII
--Ongoing
--Limited (Only inside the city)
--Affects Multiple

Effect: Getting through the large city of Uruk can be quite troublesome. However, recently they have built a highspeed railway that allows citizens and soldiers to travel across the city with surprising speed. Funded by Lord Victor Wolfe because as their tagline says "no one runs train like Victor." (Paid for by Victor)

National Bank:
Effect: Treasury Module

Description: Near the castle likes a national bank to horde all of Babylonia's wealth. Gilgamesh does like to place a stockpile in the throne room to make him feel special.

CCTV Security Network
Effect: Surveillance Module

Description: A CCTV Network is placed in the city to prevent another siege from happening, especially from the inside.

Veil of Protection:
Effect:
Concealment VI (Sight) (600)
--Ongoing (600)
--Limited (Is only invisible to those with ranks in "Senses") (-300)

Description: Gilgamesh owns an ancient artifact that surrounds the city in a transparent veil. This veil renders Uruk completely invisible to those who would see it on the outside. However, this is only to deter powerful beings that would attack the city. This veil does not work against regular humans or those with regular vision.

PvP: Green. Feel free to come to attack me whenever you want. If you want to fight me for my relic, go ahead.

PvE: Yellow. Try and ask me beforehand if you want to write together. I usually have plans plotted out with my faction so I am a little busier if you want a longer storyline.

Effect:
King's Crown

Debuff 4
--Area of Effect II
--Indiscriminate
--Ongoing

Healing 10
--Ongoing

Description: The King's Crown seems to be an ordinary, ornate crown. However, once activated it glows and drains nearby lifeforce. All living beings within 40 feet of the user feel sluggish, slow, and tired. Plants wilt and animals fall over exhausted.

All of the life force is sent to the crown and continually reinvigorates the user for as long as it is active (the scene).
