Character Behavior ​

Godzilla is a Savage Bruiser.

Brute strength, savagery, and overwhelming force are the constants and mainstays. There is little in the way of finesse to anything the gigantic beast does, but it all has an eerie brutish grace and art to it. There is intelligence behind the raw, primal fury, and not just that of a great mindless behemoth, but something far more cunning and aware than it lets on guiding that brutality to achieve startling ends, able to perform surprisingly athletic and coordinated martial arts maneuvers and proper strikes interspersed with the raw fury and chaos of its brutality. The very environment can be broken apart and turned into another tool, and even an enemy themselves is not safe from being used as a weapon against their allies.

Physical Description​

At the most passing of glances, Godzilla would at first resemble a human female, simply at a colossal scale. But looking any closer will immediately start to dispel that notion: the large patches of scales, huge spikes emerging from the spine, the sinuous and unerringly powerful tail longer even than she is tall.

And the wholly alien, monstrous mind leering and glaring out from behind those utterly inhuman eyes, electric blue and vertically-slitted like those of a reptile.

Character History​

Once, many many years ago, the entity known as Godzilla was...

Some say 'created', some say 'woken up', some say 'set free'. Whatever the truth is, it was nuclear experimentation and detonation that was the root cause. Godzilla was set loose upon the world, and wreaked untold havoc and devastation with its simple existence.

But for all the trails of destruction it caused, coming to odds with humanity, it ended up saving the world on more than one occasion. By battling against other monsters of a far more lethal, dangerous and predatory nature. Not to the extent of being what most would call a 'hero', but...something of a secret weapon only resorted to in the most grim and dire of circumstances.

At least...that was what it was until one horrible day.

A rend in space-time, interference from another world, and Godzilla was lost.

Hurled into another world, crashed down into the depths of the sea...and there the monster slept. For how long, none could say; but the strange energy of the spacial rend which had flung it so far through dimensions had done...more than that, stealing much of its great power, ripping its body asunder and reshaping it into something far different.

But eventually...all things end.

And so too did the monster's sleep.

Godzilla has a vast and long-lived well of stamina and energy to draw from, capable of constant prolonged function and activity for hugely extended periods of time, and capable of surviving even in gruelingly inhospitable or lethal conditions without issue.

Such is the sheer size and monstrous power locked in Godzilla's frame, that even sheer brute strength alone is capable of causing catastrophic damage to anything the titan can lay hands upon.

In spite of the immense size which would normally lead one to believe that Godzilla would be a ponderous, slow-moving behemoth...this is far from the truth. And in fact, the massive beast possesses tremendous speed on both land and in the water, as well as a level of coordination, reflexes and precision of movement that is eerily all too reminiscent of a well-trained and conditioned human.

One of Godzilla's signature and trademark abilities, its atomic breath is a withering torrent of blue-white flames and energy which erupts from its jaws and bathes everything in front of it in a scalding, devastating torrent. Requiring some time to charge up and prepare, during which time the large dorsal spines down its back and tail slowly begin to glow and flicker with power, when it is finally ready the same glow can be seen blazing in its eyes.

Once charged up, it can be used virtually freely, released in single quick bursts or as long and drawn-out torrents to incinerate a target or swept over a wide area. While initially released as a somewhat focused stream, much like a flamethrower it spreads out and mushrooms the further it goes to blanket wider areas, roasting and burning everything within without regard for who or what it might be. The prepared charge will, eventually, run out after roughly 30 seconds of combined total use, requiring several minutes before another charge can be built up to utilize again.
