Help the Indecisive Nerd: 2nd Character Edition

Okay, so, here I am doing a thread for candidates of a second character. I know I'd say that I'd settled for a character but knowing my brain, it scrambles around with stuff and I lose focus with who I want to be exactly. Thanks to Jade, I'm able to pick a 2nd character and here is the gist of the conditions for the second character, it CANNOT be too much of a similar personality of the first character because I get confused and that's a maddening mess in itself.

With my current PC is Saryuu, I essentially cannot play the likes of say, Specter, because of how similar they are so yeah.

Anyways, aside that out of the way, here is a straw poll of potential characters!

I only know Iggy, Toph and Silver from that list so that's all I can really choose from. Having said that, I think Toph would be really cool. If I were to pick one of the main Avatar gang to write as, she would be a top contender.

Yeah, though, honesty, majority of the new characters has family/parent problems in some form or another.

Toph's parents pampered her too much and was very restrictive of her.

Iggy's dad (well more like adoptive dad Bowser) can be arrogant and hard but he still loves him as one of his own children.

Silver's dad, oooh, Silver doesn't like his dad too well. In fact, he turned away from his father's wishes especially when his dad is a leader of an underground criminal organization. In other terms, he stuck it to the old man. His mother is apart of Team Rocket.

As for the others, let me address something:

Dash's father, who is speculated as Algy from StarFox 2, flatout abandoned him and his mother in my headcanon. His grandfather Andross was banished and since his biological relationship with Andross as his grandson, there's some bad blood in the family (oh and Andrew could be considered as his cousin, yeah) and he's been through hard times but he never gave in and followed his dream.

Laharl's mom died while his dad did die but he was essentially reincarnated to Midboss.

Sakuya has no parents. Like she is a potential abnormality.

Susie's parents could be divorced, neglectful or something.

Kid is an orphan that is Schala's 'daughter-clone' so she really doesn't have a father figure but she was brought in by Lucca who became her mother figure.

Futaba's father is unknown but her mother was a victim of the mental shutdowns that caused her to commit suicide.

Bunnie's parents are both assumed as roboticized or something but she does have an Uncle.
