Item transportation

So, im not sure if this would constitute a quick question, so ima make a quick thread instead.

I’ve been brainstorming a thing for Arno’s eventual shop. Basically; think Professor Oak in the original series, where all Ash’s Pokémon are sent back to that one location and then he can distribute them back to basically any Pokémon centre…. But for items.

Is this something that’s workable without being massively expensive? How would I go about that? Would I need a little base on every planet I plan to distribute to? How would I even go about making that an ability if needs be?

Any help would be appreciated on this!

Maybe one central base with the teleporter module would work, then a bunch of little bases without the teleporter module.

I forgot those were a thing. I blame
My sun addled brain.

The only issue I have with the teleporter module is that it requires a size 5 base. Are there any work arounds? Like it’s literally only going to be able to transport items, no people or whatever. I only ask because I’m not planning on having a base of that size, literally just a little shop.

So normally there wouldn't be any work arounds, as the modules are intended as 'extras'/'late-game stuff' for factions, hence the base size requirement. I may need to add some clarifying language, but they're also intended to be sizable components of a facility with no real 'compact' analogue.

I don't mind making a one-time exception (and for anyone reading this -- the only one time exception ), but I'm going to ask you at least have a Size 2 base.
