Aggressive Wunderkind

Aggressive - Katsuki Bakugo is volatile in temperament, ranging from stand-offish to outright nasty. He's prone to short fused outbursts, bouts of verbal beration, emotional abuse, and violent threats. Despite all of this he upholds a personal honor system based predominantly on his own pride and self-image which generally precludes the possibility of him being underhanded or sneaky, unless it's absolutely necessary.

Wunderkind - Bakugo is a brute. In combat he presses the attack and won't relent unless forced to, employing techniques both orthodox and unorthodox to neutralize his target. His understanding of his quirk runs deep, and he can employ it in tactical ways that others may not expect. Despite coming off as a hot-head he can be quite tactical on the battlefield, and is unnervingly intelligent and intuitive.

Physical Description:

A narrow face leers out from beneath a wild shock of ash blonde hair. Bakugo's expression is rarely less than insolent. He's slim, muscular, and wears street clothes the majority of the time. In appropriate scenarios, he will wear his hero costume instead, which consists of a black tanktop with orange stripes slung akimbo from shoulder to shoulder to form an 'X', a mask, flaired wings attacked to the aforementioned mask, and large grenade shaped devices that enhance his Explosion Quirk when properly maintained.

Character History:

Bakugo grew up on Erde Nona with his headstrong mother and weak willed father. During his upbringing it was discovered that he had manifested a Quirk - a superhuman ability. Thus began Bakugo's tutelage at the UA, a school that specializes in sculpting young bodies and minds possessing Quirks into Heroes who can serve to protect the Crossroads from injustice and those who seek to cause harm on the populace.

That being said, Katsuki isn't your standard hero. His temperament and strong will lead him towards behaviors downright unscrupulous in nature, and at first glance he may seem even villainous. Despite this, there's a hero resting under Bakugo's surface...it's just not readily apparent all the time.

Bakugo sweats nitroglycerin from his palms, which he can ignite at will. The applications of this are numerous: offensively he can cause small to enormous explosions that pack a lot of concussive force. He can also use these explosions to move around as well, which gives him a range of mobility options from quick dodges to flight. When battling, he can dart about at absurd speeds using small handheld explosions, zigging and zagging in ways that make him wildly unpredictable. The drawback to his quirk is that pushing this it too hard causes tremendous strain to his forearms and stamina over time. Mobility application is not as strenuous as it is a prolonged controlled explosion. The larger the explosion, however, the bigger the drain. He can push himself with smaller less intensive explosions without much trouble, but long fights will require him to take some sort of respite at some point - especially if he's firing off some large shots.

Descriptor: During the Death Game competition Katsuki Bakugo acquired a unique crown. Upon donning the Super Crown he is transformed into a female – a Princess to be precise – with vastly increased durability and super strength. In addition, Princess Bakugo gains the ability to breathe fire through her mouth (a small hop from her Explosion Quirk), to endure harsh environments, and to breathe fire. It also grants her a large, spiked turtle shell that sits upon her back, horns which jut from her skull, sharp fangs, piercing claws, and a rockin’ hot lady bod. The transformation is ended when she (and only she) removes the crown, or if she is killed.

A strange gift from a mysterious linterloping admirer who took a shine to the deranged antics Bakugo displayed at the gas station, slipped to him through strange and possibly nefarious means. Eerily enough, it was already perfectly matched and fitted to work with his hero costume's grenade-like gauntlets: A vial set to release a mixture of gasoline and various other accelerants to mix with the nitroglycerin the hothead already secrets to expel a huge wall of flaming force. It doesn't reach much further than a short lunging punch, but does spread out to an abnormally large extent. Anyone in its range is sure to get a serious torching, and the heat of the short-lived flames can even incinerate and melt down projectile attacks and severely blunt their impact.
