Locked in my sub account on my computer

Hey so I was trying to access my sub account and I haven't used it in a while. I tried numerous attempts on figuring my password and I finally found out what it was. The "keep me sign in" check box was mark while I wasn't paying attention.

Now I'm locked in my sub account and stuck with security measures. The real problem here is I don't remember the email I had that account linked to (I have so many sub email accounts). Is it possible if a staff member can see what the email name is linked to that account please and thank you.

My sub account is Fox Mccloud.
