Character Behavior:
Saryuu's Character Behavior is that he of an adaptable strategist.

As an adaptable individual, it's all about adaptability to his situation. Be it alone or in a team, he's more than capable of fitting the mold to whatever the situation tosses at. While he's all for carrying out complex operations, he believes that too many missteps can and will have consequences which means he has to adjust accordingly to attempt to lessen the blow, taking it on his own shoulders.

Granted that he is an ex-leader of his organization, both experienced in his own ways and casual with the flow of things, he may have some ulterior motives behind the scenes should he want something. This is further empathized in terms of finding out his own means to belong after being treated like an outcast for so long.

While as a strategist, he is highly intuitive, observant and logical, often thinking ahead of time of what needs to be done and how it should be done. Keeping on to his levelheaded and serious demeanor, he actively takes the time and effort to think from the events of the past failures to make an effort to ensure the same mistakes don't repeat again for the next time.

Fei's Character Behavior is that he is an amiable protector.

As an individual that is amiable, he is friendly, sympathetic, kind and takes in consideration of understanding and getting to know people and the situation at hand. While he is mostly caring and benevolent, there are times that he will challenge the innate morals of others should they act as a potential conflict.

While as a protector, he willingly protects others who are weak and in need especially for the beliefs for a better case, much like for his family and friends. He actively puts himself in the frontlines despite of consequences that follows, knowing that whatever happens, it is for a reason, but this does not mean he is a pushover either. During his time helping Tenma and the others out, he grew as an individual and started to realize the truths to why he protects the ones he cares and loves about.

Physical Description:

Saryuu stands at 5'3" at 140lbs. His structure is a slender, athletic build with tan skin (the exception of black markings above his eyes underneath his eyebrows), white spiky hair with a trio of front bangs that are the same size along with some spiked ones on the sides and a distinctive lightning bolt pattern hair along his face. Along with his matching white hair, he has thin diagonally curved brows along with dark violet eyes. He dons a pair of his trademark black and dark teal-rimmed googles and light blue scarf along with his own uniform consisting of an orange sleeveless shirt, spanning down to his waistside with the green number 10 on the back of it over a dark teal sleeved shirt separated with a black belt consisting of a purpletinted glass-covered circular mechanism. As for the lowerside, there is dark teal pants along with black and white boots as well as white gloves.

Fei stands at 5'2" at 145lbs. His structure is a slender, athletic build with fair skin, pastel green hair with a short bang in the front alongside two longer ones to the sides along with spiked ones on each side; he also has twin high ponytails and has slightly swayed hair in the back of his head. Along with his matching pastel green hair, he has thin peaked curved brows along with light blue eyes and distinctive singular upper and lower lash at each eye. Alongside with a red and white communicator with a black tip that he wears over his right ear, he wears a orange longsleeved uniform with white flaps around his neck, followed by a tan color at the collar and underneath his arms, black fingerless gloves on his hands and a white belt with a greentinted glass-covered circular mechanism that separates at halfway his waist. On the lowerhalf, there is a loose dark blue pants with a singular white stripe on the sides along with matching white and blue shoes.

Character History:

Saryuu didn't exactly had the most ideal childhood growing up in a future broken between the traces of Humanity was facing a problematic rift: the traces of the old society against the inevitably of the new one. While the actual root of the problem started 200 years ago, it branched out more as time passed posing more as an issue and within these generations, they had an essential 'alpha', who were dubbed as the strongest holder of the Second Stage Child (SSC) gene.

By sheer natural selection, he was the chosen harbinger of change as he was the one born with immense psychic capability and an overall heightened (if not flatout superhuman-like) condition as an addition. However, despite of great power, they had short lifespans, not able to live to adulthood due to the fatality factor it had been rumored to carry as well.

Even though he didn't look much, his parents grew wary of him, moreso of his powers especially. With the ongoing tensions in his home life, his school life and other things, he was called bullied and called numerous names by his classmates, abused by his mother, abandoned by his father, ridiculed by strangers, all he could do is retreat inward and blame himself for everything.

While running away seem so easy to do for him but in another thought, revenge was the word that echoed in his mind even while he was in his room. For a time, he was against this motion as he wanted nothing to do with violence but it was one day, the final straw snapped when he was approached by another child and bullied, only to trigger his psychokinesis to send that same boy to the hospital. moments later.

For a time, he was horrified however a part of him believed it was justified. He did nothing wrong to defend himself, these individuals that mocked him were nobodies, nothing but the remains of the old society trying to cling onto relevance.

This was where he would the seeds of revenge took place deep within the realm of his psyche.

Many years later, Saryuu's hatred, disdain, ambition and revenge were more noted as he gathered followers with similar circumstances as him and formed Feida, a group of resistance fighters composed of psychic children that were described as terrorists to the general public. The once lonely child that he was had been long gone as his new form was the head figure of this new organization out to control the world to usher in a new era: an era where only the Second Stage Children could rule as superior over Humanity.

A year later, Feida declared war against El Dorado in response of their attempts to wipe out the Second Stage Children by removing soccer and that was when Saryuu used his closest friend, Fei, to counteract the threat, only to erase away his memories of associating with Feida before sending him off. While Fei was busy with his mission, Saryuu led the organization to move in on El Dorado before he did his own investigation of not only Helper X's mission in terms of recruiting Zanark to his side, but also, Fei's mission, crossing paths with the likes of Raimon Jr. High in a different reality before they would meet in the future where El Dorado's fall became the basis of Ragnarok Stadium for the fate of the world.

The matches happened, some foul plays were made to knock out to eliminate the opposition, even after Fei's betrayal to Tenma's team, it was decided. Due to Chrono Storm's efforts, Saryuu's ideal picture of a wonderful future has been crumbled right in front of his eyes, however while he kept it cool with congratulating with and eventually leaving Tenma to get his powers removed, unsteadiness and uncertainty was in the cards.

Sometime later, he was vaccinated and placed in the M.U.G.E.N. facility awaiting a date for his trail. For awhile, his powers went away only to return with a vengeance due to a mutation that his SSC gene undertook that, while enabled a longer lifespan, it was at the cost of his overall enhanced condition.

As for Fei, who was already vaccinated, he was eventually brought in with an El Dorado agent to be with his friend before leaving, the two were talking with each other, only to be mysteriously whisked away together because Saryuu decide to interact with a strange Parallel Stone that appeared within his cell, causing a rift that opened up whisking them away to a brand new world.

On a personal sidenote, it didn't help him much that Saryuu has named the former organization after him.

Hi! Welcome to the Crossroads. A few things before you get started.

1. In your character history, is it the parallel storms that brought you here? That should be a little more clear.

2. Telekinesis:
For the Move Object portion, remember that the Ranged modifier scales with the move object. So in this case it would be:
Move Object II (200)
--Ranged (100)

Also, why do you have the Effects Multiple and Ongoing modifiers for the damage? That's fine but the ability itself doesn't seem like it needs it. Are you able to pick up multiple people? Ongoing also means for like more than 5-10 seconds. So if the pain is for more than 5-10 seconds, ongoing is fine, but maybe clarify it.

3. Barrier:
Same comment as above. Make sure that the modifier coincides with the ability. So make sure that the Ongoing and all the other modifier match the 'Rank' of protection.
Also, while you can use multiple side effects for flavor and for writing fun, you cannot stack side effects for pricing moves. Also what does the first side effect "blocks projectiles and abilities" mean? Does it mean it can only block projectiles? If so, you can take the limited modifier.

4. C-Function: Language:
This should only cost 50 essence.

5. Psychic Senses:
So this is fine, but you can't have the Limited (only extrasensory) if you're buying Extrasensory senses. If he can only see with extrasensory, that would be a side effect.

1) Yes since Parallel Stones are essentially time-space distortions caused by timetravel and would be a good reason why that both Saryuu and Fei ended up in Erda Nona together. They do exist in essentially anywhere and anytime within the Inazuma Eleven universe that lead to parallel worlds or completely different universes entirely so contact with one in the facility would be a good starting place into entering Multerra.

2) The moves, I admit, I kinda panicked about being too much or too little.

Ongoing was a modifier I was struggling with for awhile. I was indecisive on if it should need it or not and you clarifying it to me helps out alot honestly. On another thing, yes, Saryuu. I had wonder if it's a bit too much for a starter point since he's at the stance he's in currently. Sweet, simple and to the point.

Hey everything is looking much better but there seems to be a pricing issue for 'Barrier'

Protection II costs (200) rather than (300). That being said, the ability should cost total 200 Essence total if I'm doing my math right
