As the magos designated Dober-05-Alpha realised he had accidentally touched himself with the phase taser, it was too late. His body had already begun being slowly being disassembled and being shunted away to a new dimension. Briefly, his vision zoomed out of cadia and to the galaxy itself with the countless hordes of tyranids and orks visible even from where he was, then everything went black.

He awoke with his hand still on the phase taser, hurtling through space in what appeared to be a new system, if it was even the same galaxy. Multiple planets were in view, with most defying the laws of physics in their own ways. One appeared to be made out of a baked substance while another was somehow flat, at least from what he could see. Still hurtling through space, he noticed the moon either drifting over to him or he was drifting over. It was a celestial object covered in ice with nothing notable on its surface, with small towns dotting the landscape. Why would anyone live here without terraforming it though? A dead moon that kills anyone on it isn’t much use to anyone, even the archenemy would have a hard time finding a use for it.

Dober made moonfall as gracefully as anyone holding a glorified stick as a steering wheel, creating a medium sized impact hole and breaking his robe’s structural integrity along with a few major systems although no major problems could be immediately seen.

Dober stood up, his barely augmented arms the dust coating his carbon black robes. Scans showed his volkite blaster was still working as well as it had back in the cadian system and the machine spirit of his phosphor serpenta was there, merely sleeping.

Dober scanned the area, locating a small group of humans off in the distance, he began to make his way over there, metal legs dragging and scraping across the ice and rocks of the moon’s frigid surface.
