In an original draft, this was drier and more formal. In the interest of not needing to drone on or provide extravagant details, this has been minimized to what's necessary. Short and simple reading. As the site expands and the needs of a staff team become more pressing, this is prone to change and future developments. For right now, this is how we roll here at Multerra.
Administration
Your administrators here at Multerra are Alex (Android XVII/Hela/PJ/Roll), Jade (Arthur Morgan/Ty Lee/Father Gascoigne), and Joe (Beatrix III/Wraith/Lucien). They are the bag-eyed gray beards who deal with the large-scale issues of the website. Each of them has a flavor that marks the area they tend to focus on more than anything else. Joe's super power is being the tech man, who makes sure nothing breaks down on the server side (ie - he fixes shit when Alex breaks it in a fit of rage - bless this boi). If you're having a tech issue, it'll go to this guy, but non-tech issues should go to someone else. Jeff is the guy who focuses on community/social platforms, almost primarily the Discord. He tends to handle deescalation of conflicts, because he's wise, level-headed, and stays this way despite all those kids he has (bless you). Jade and Mima/Okina have a variety of super powers, chiefly that they are enduring anchors of stability and seem to always be around and always be willing to help with whatever you may need, whenever you may need it (bless them both). Lastly, Alex (oh I guess he's not dead anymore) focuses on stuff like the system, the setting, and any other weird, wonky crap that needs smacked with a hammer.
Moderation
People with forum-wide moderation powers that oversee the processes that keep things running smoothly, primarily updates, questions, and applications. In the future, some moderators may be more ‘specialized’ than others, reflecting particular skillsets but moving forward, mods will be 'swiss army knives'. These are full members of staff. Our current moderators are dadthulu (Elise/Kopaka), and Weiss (Ridley/Suwako). When he is available, Dadthulu has nearly limitless free range over the wiki.
Helpers or Consultants
These are people who aren’t official members of staff but have moderation powers in the Updates forum. Other times, they may be official Wiki Editors or Judges. That means these people are ‘endowed’ to process updates/edits and approve and/or workshop Purchases for members. They cannot edit currency. Usually, these are people who have a firm grasp of the system and are willing to instruct others in it, either because they were system devs or simply because they grasp the system well. Helpers may be former staff who are taking a break off from 'formal' staffing. If you disagree with one of them on something or want a second opinion on your question, don't be a dick about it – just ask a mod or admin instead.
