Few things:

1. my essence never got reset to 1500
2. I posted with Dawn once and got essence (51 to be exact)
3. I posted on my second post and got no essence for that one (count was 2130)
4. i should have 5 tokens not -20

I fixed your Essence and Coin, including the Essence you should have earned while the Essence Gain system was down.

Why should you have 5 Tokens? A switch costs 20 Tokens. I see you donated to the site, but you specified "for a second character". Which you do have. Am I missing something here?

Also: -20 Tokens... I probably missed that you were at 0 when you put in your switch.

Yeah, so the modern system has your modifiers applied by ranks, whereas you have them as flat costs. Let me give an example with one of your moves.

Effect: Protection 3 [300]​

Modifiers: Ongoing [+100 (should be +300)]​

Descriptor: Nishana’s adapted version of Mandalorian Armor.​

Because this may significantly increase the cost of your stuff, you're welcome to completely respec for free and post it as a new join app or a reply in your old one, as that's what we've allowed for people who had characters built on older versions of the system like this. Alternately you can talk to me or the other mods in the discord about getting your existing moves tweaked and updated to fit the new system and your budget, then post the finalized updates in approval. Which you choose is totally up to you.

No problem. & Since it's gonna be a full respec, don't worry about sticking too closely to what you had before if you don't want to. Just make her how you would want her to be now.

Ooh one more thing. Since I created this account in September of last year and I've not actually written anything, I feel a little cheap having accumulated 17500 coin. Am I allowed to keep a hold of this and use it as and when or would it need to be reset?

In your situation, since you haven't changed characters but just respecced your existing one, you can keep your coin. If you switch, your coin will be taken. So you can go ahead and keep it and use it as you see fit.

Two little things: first, Soma Yukihira (my first character who I since swapped for Totoro) is still in the character list, could he be deleted/moved somewhere? And second, am I correct to assume that when you buy an alt form you can also not re-spend Essence invested into Master Skills?

That is correct. However, we're reworking the Effects, and Alt Form won't be a thing for long.
