Character Name: Scylla
Character Source: Greek Mythology, SMITE inspired
Spent Essence: 2200
Character Behavior:
Childish Monster. Scylla harbors an immaturity befitting of her adolescent upper half, the immaturity of a problem child at that. Arrogant, petulant, and prone to getting really upset when things don't go her way, it can be at times difficult to see her as anything other than a little girl. Were it not for the wolf-snakes she keeps in close company. In combat, she fights in a way... unique to her monstrous form, barking out orders to her companion wolf-snakes that they have been trained to viciously comply with, making her a terror not on one front, but five.
Items: None
Abilities:
Horror of the Deep (700)
Adaptation - Need to Breathe (200)
-- Limited (Can breathe underwater) (-50)
Adaptation - Nonbiological anatomy (300)
Speed I (200)
-- Limited (Only underwater) (-50), Ongoing (100)
The curse that twisted Scylla, turning her legs into four vicious wolf-snakes, drove her to the ocean out of shame. Eventually, she accepted her title of monster and terrorized the sea with a newfound ability to swim, and to breath underwater.
Sic ‘Em (900)
Damage 3 (300)
-- Affects Multiple 1 (+150)
Move Object 3 (300)
-- Affects Multiple 1 (+150)
With a harsh command, Scylla orders her wolves to attack, sicing them on up to 4 foes near her. They lash out quickly with large fangs, grabbing, shaking, and throwing their chosen prey.
Sentinel (600)
Senses 4 (Smell) (400)
-- Ongoing (400), Chaotic (-200)
Scylla’s wolves have quite acute senses, and are trained to sniff out prey or danger, and alert her to it as well. Of course, since it isn’t Scylla herself with the senses, and since she can’t perfectly understand her wolves, this system isn’t perfect.
