Physical Description:

Slightly wavy, platinum blond hair and icy blue eyes. He's short, the height of an average twelve year old. He is usually seen wearing a white shirt with green vest and bowtie, an elegant purple coat, dark brown shorts, black knee-high socks and brown loafers.

Character History:

When Alois was young, he was known as Jim Macken. He and his brother, Luka, were disliked greatly by the town they lived in. Jim believed that he deserved to be royalty, and his brother agreed enthusiastically. Jim also wanted everyone who disagreed with his view to die. Luka ended up making a contract with a demon, and killed the entire village to make Jim happy. However, the demon took Luka's soul afterward, leaving him alone.

Shortly after Jim was 'taken in' by the Earl of Trancy at the time, who changed his name to Alois and began committing unspeakable, horrific acts against the young boy. It wasn't long before Alois summoned a demon of his own, a demon he named Claude. That demon killed the Earl of Trancy, and then made a contract with Alois.

It wasn't long after that before Alois fell for Claude. However, Claude was only using Alois to get to, not even Alois's own soul, but the soul of one Ciel Phantomhive. When Alois confessed his feelings to Claude, begging him not to leave, Claude killed Alois by crushing his skull. However, his soul remained, trapped in a golden ring. Claude mixed his soul with Ciel Phantomhive's, and placed the resulting soul in Ciel Phantomhive's body.

However, Ciel did not accept this new development, and soon there was a war within the body over which soul was in control. Meanwhile, Sebastian Michaelis and Claude fought over Ciel's soul, which made Alois incredibly jealous. He'd always wanted love, after all, and had never received it. However here Ciel was, having the attention of not one but TWO demons. So, he made yet another contract, this one as Jim Macken, with one of the other demons in his household - Hannah Annafellows, who turned out to have been the demon Luka summoned. This contract was a simple one - Claude and Sebastian would fight each other to the death. The winner would receive Ciel, who was to be turned into a demon per Jim's contract with Hannah. Once this contract was fulfilled, Hannah consumed Jim Macken's soul.

However, there was a loophole. The soul of Alois Trancy still remained, and was still very much contracted to Claude Faustus. So, Claude managed to resurrect the boy. However, Alois had lost all trust for Claude, and he ran away immediately after, also breaking their contract.

Hi there, and welcome to the site.

This mostly looks fine, though the format you've written your Abilities is actually out of date (although I guess we may not have updated the actual Ability page to say so).
The way we've been doing it lately is:

It saves space, especially for bigger Abilities.
Also, the Adaptation Effects need to have 'Adaptation' written before the Effect (e.g. "Starvation and Thirst" should be "Adaptation: Starvation and Thirst"), as they're really all just sub-types of Adaptation. They don't need ranks written beside them, though, as each of them can never be more than Rank 1.
Also, Concealment does not have the Ongoing Modifier by default, so you will need to purchase that for it, otherwise he'll have to become visible after no more than a few seconds.
So for your three (assuming you want Ongoing Concealment), they'd be written as:

One thing I will say, though, is that you don't necessarily need Concealment, based on the description you've given of your Ability. The Concealment Effect allows characters to turn invisible. If you just want Alois to hide from people then you don't really need that.
Of course, if you want to say that coming to Multerra (or some other event in his past) granted him the Ability to become invisible then that's totally fine.
