Descriptor: The Gran Rey Cero is a variation of the Cero technique Weiss has learned from the very constant pulsing of her own blood onto the floor whenever she gets involved in a dangerous battle. By mixing her blood with a Charging Cero blast, the red energy changes into a brilliant blue sphere that pulsates and charges in her hand. The power of it is such that it can cause visual distortions as it moves, appearing to bend space and time as it speeds through the air. The blast takes ten seconds to charge, requires Weiss to deliver a moderate wound on herself (with her weakened state the ability requires a lot of blood), and watch her own aim and distance, as the attack has a large blast radius, and she can be harmed by it as easily as anyone else.

Unlike the gentle, human-loving mouse that is Ash’s most trusted partner however, Pikachutwo is more aggressive and cold-hearted. Do not let his small, chubby cute body fool you: Pikachutwo is every bit as intelligent and human-despising as Mewtwo. The fact that in the timeline where Mewtwo did not get whisked away to Multerra, Pikachutwo became one of its two trusted advisors, should be enough.

Pikachutwo leads a squad of ten clone Pikachus who share Pikachutwo’s abilities. They have the below listed abilities. (The abilities refer to Pikachutwo for simplicity. All Pikachus of the squad can be assumed to have all of these)


Species: Pikachu
As with any Pikachu, Pikachutwo is fairly small, just under 65cm standing up. And of course, that’s not something he can control, let alone ‘turn off’. He’s also very light at ~7kg so it doesn’t take superhuman strength for opponents to toss him around or punt him across the room. On the plus side, a small body means a smaller target, coupled with Pikachutwo’s Agility this makes him a hard target to hit.
Pikachutwo is also able to communicate only by ‘Pokéspeak’. Other Pokémon (even non-Pikachus) can understand this spoken language, but other creatures cannot. Pikachutwo can thus communicate with his Pokémon allies without fear of eavesdroppers, but with everyone else communication is a chore as he can understand English, but they can’t understand him.


Thunderbolt
A fairly standard damage-dealing electric-type move that a vast amount of Pokémon can learn, Thunderbolt stands out for its chance to inflict Paralysis on an opponent.

Pikachutwo, like many Pikachus, uses this move against single or small groups of opponents. The lightning bolts fired from its cheeks inflicts painful electrical burns and disrupts the nervous systems of its victims. This persists even after the initial attack, randomly making the victim’s muscles tense up and slightly slowing their movements for a few moments. There is no telling when it might happen, but the average is for someone to get hit with the effect for a second, every 10 to 15 seconds - it might occur more often than that, or not at all even after several minutes. Curing it is as simple as limbering and relaxing one’s muscles for a few seconds, ‘resetting’ the disrupted signals.
Due to the nature of the electric attack, Pikachutwo cannot really control who gets hit or spared around the impact area, as the lightning bolts arc between victims. However, ground-type Pokémon and creatures equivalent to them, as well as anything burrowed underground, is wholly immune to Thunderbolt’s damaging and paralyzing effects (just touching the ground is not sufficient).


Agility
Pikachutwo is swift on the ground, able to dart around in short bursts to nimbly dodge a foe’s attacks or get in position to place his own. He does rely on having a solid foothold to do so however, and rapidly exhausts his immediate stamina after using Agility repeatedly, needing to catch its breath and limber up its tense limbs for a few moments before he can do it again.


Lightning Rod
Normally Lightning Rod is the innate ability of certain Pokémon to attract lightning-type attacks and turn them to their advantage. Pikachutwo actively invokes this ability, usually before a fight, by charging the air with static electricity and causing an electric discharge that comes down as a jolt of lightning, absorbed into his tail. This electric surplus… actually let’s skip the science, it just hardens Pikachutwo’s fur and enhances his defense against all attacks except for the multerran equivalent of Ground-type attacks - basically anything that uses earth or the ground in some manner: Avatar-esque earthbending, mud-golem fists etc.


Quick Attack
As more of a backup than a main weapon, Pikachutwo is able to use the short claws on his four legs, his rodent teeth and his tail to inflict small amounts of damage. Useful in a pinch where its electric attacks have no effect.

Staff Edit: Looks fine, except that the Species Pikachu's side effect "permanent" doesn't really count as a Side Effect.

Descriptor: Some people have guardian angels.

Elise has her heritage to protect her from extreme danger. Though she does not know his name, nor what he was like, Elise is watched over by the spirit of her father. During a time of need, he will emerge from the vortices of nothingness to guide his daughter from harm in the form of a dark, shadowy aura that surrounds Elise. Her face and skin become glank and glassy, marked only by a blazing triad of three green eyes; two positioned normally, and the third below the right. Giant, ghostly wings like those of a crow will manifest from Elise's back as well, putting her into a trance-like state of dread potency.

While the Shadow is possessing her, Elise herself is not aware of what is happening. She is also, strictly speaking, not in control of her own thoughts and body. Still, the Shadow will endeavor to use his god-like abilities and skills to protect his daughter and deliver her allies from harm. These are detailed below.

Legacy of the Father

When Elise is being overshadowed by her father, she is capable of flying at high speeds and acts of extreme acrobatic grace. Additionally, her body's glassy skin is nearly impervious to most conventional forms of damage, and her body can survive at length in almost any environment.



The Godmind Speaks

The Shadow can detect, pinpoint and mentally communicate with any thinking mind within 1,000 feet. A preternatural connection to the material nature of reality also allows him to scan and understand the layout and geometry of buildings, geography and his general surroundings, as well as objects located in that radius.



Antithesis Infusion

The spirit of Elise's father can analyze the existential nature of anything that it can sense, and proceed to forcibly unravel its existence with a mere thought. Anything subjected to this form of attack simply winks out of existence in a flash of cold light. Those who manage to survive are wracked by both mental and physical anguish for a brief moment as they resist being disintegrated. Despite surviving, their bodies are likely to still be falling apart in small ways afterwards.



Folding of the Liminal

The Shadow can pierce the veil of space and time to create rippling portals between any number of locations within its sensory range. The spherical portals can be up to 20 ft. in diameter, and will abruptly shunt anything in contact with the portal to an associated exit portal. These portals can work either way, and the Shadow can open, close, or reconnect them at will.



Grasping Truth

The Shadow of Elise's father has deeply powerful telekinetic prowess, and can manipulate, lift, and hurl massive objects around like a child with building blocks. It can lift multiple objects at a time, if it wishes, and fling objects large enough to smash multiple targets. Alternatively, the shadow can lift anyone it can sense directly, and either hold them in place with mental restraint, or fling them for damage as well.

This illusion can appeal to a target’s visual, audial, olfactory and tactile senses for an extended period of time. Because of how dangerously real the illusion feels, the target will be emotionally crushed by the weight of their sins, regardless of if they felt any real guilt at the time of the act. The lantern must be held aloft and within the target’s line of sight for the illusion to remain active, meaning that only one-handed weapons can be used during a conflict.

In a less combat-oriented sense, the bearer of this lantern does not experience starvation or thirst.

Descriptor: The reliable and capable, highly technologically advanced space fighter team Star Fox uses on missions. This ship can fly at incredible speeds thanks to the NTD-FX1 Plasma engine is capable of producing, running on hydrogen fuel. Maneuvers are achievable just how the design and structures were made for the arwing. Combat is no stranger to it having the tools to fight off any enemy that dares this bird to enter a dogfight. The T&B-H1 Laser Cannons are powerful when it comes to shooting anyone or anything out of the sky. They fire colored-green lasers rapidly in any direction the awring points its nose. It can charge up in ten seconds to release a concentrated laser shot and the weapons system helps this firepower to lock-on enemies and home in on its target.

Designed to be in combat, it also comes with a shielding system called G-Diffusion. The shields will take time to replenish but if the ship keeps receiving constant damage, the shields will not be able to recharge unless it stops receiving damage. Not only it protects the pilot, but it also powers the arwing. There is a communicator built into the main computer for communication with other ships or grounded radio channels. The computer's screen can view the other cockpit cameras to see if his fellow crew is doing alright.

Staff Edit: Why is it Communication 3? You only have 1 means of communication. Also why did you take 'Finite' for Flight. You don't really mention there being a problem with fueling. Lastly, make sure you multiply everything by 2 since its a size 2 base.

Hailing from the shadow realm, these ethereal horses are hard to be tamed except for those who are already practitioners of the shadow arts to whom they are mostly drawn to. Their bodies are entirely coated with black fur, having purplish black manes. Dark flames stream from each of their fetlocks, which are believed to help them run with incredible speeds almost double the average speed of normal horses and could even be faster if trained. Moreover, these horses can launch themselves in the air as if running on a concealed floating road. They could hide their presence by concealing themselves in the shadows, undetected by any sense. When agitated, they can hurl devastating shadows energies to their targets.

Descriptor: The reliable and capable, highly technologically advanced space fighter team Star Fox uses on missions. This ship can fly at incredible speeds thanks to the NTD-FX1 Plasma engine is capable of producing, running on hydrogen fuel. Maneuvers are achievable just how the design and structures were made for the arwing. Combat is no stranger to it having the tools to fight off any enemy that dares this bird to enter a dogfight. The T&B-H1 Laser Cannons are powerful when it comes to shooting anyone or anything out of the sky. They fire colored-green lasers rapidly in any direction the awring points its nose. It can charge up in ten seconds to release a concentrated laser shot and the weapons system helps this firepower to lock-on enemies and home in on its target.

Designed to be in combat, it also comes with a shielding system called G-Diffusion. The shields will take time to replenish but if the ship keeps receiving constant damage, the shields will not be able to recharge unless it stops receiving damage. Not only it protects the pilot, but it also powers the arwing. There is a communicator built into the main computer for communication with other ships or grounded radio channels. The computer's screen can view the other cockpit cameras to see if his fellow crew is doing alright.

Descriptor: The final option, originally intended as the last line of defense against any unwanted kidnapping or dismantling, or other unauthorized tinkering. Descriptor: The Sqwid Sqwad is a team of five Inklings, formerly cultists of Darkseid, who Mickey has convinced to join him in his adventure to stop the Fallen Arbiter. Five Inklings of various colors, they each have their own unique Ink weapon (though for mechanics purposes, they all do the same thing: shoot ink, and are just aesthetically different in their applications). The ink from these weapons has the ability to wear down the natural protection of any enemies covered in it, in addition to damaging them a bit on impact.

In addition, the Sqwid Sqwad has the ability to swim in puddles of ink they create and essentially travel "underground." This protects them from some damage and also makes them harder to track to the naked eye.

The Sqwid Sqwad is made up of five members of varying personalities: Vlad the Inkpaler (he/him), the goth-dressing, angsty leader with an inexplicable Russian accent; Argyle (she/her), the nerdy brainiac of the group and the sweetest of them; the Sarge (he/him), a military-minded Inkling who tries his best to keep the others focused; Orphie (they/them), the poetic romantic of the quintet who loves music; and Crush, the rough-and-tumble brawler who is impulsive and loves a fight (she/her).
