Earlier in the day, Warren Zimmer had not been in this mysterious world but instead had been in his lab. His lab which was where he thought he would remain after he had dealt with the stupidity of being the play thing of Omni and had managed to return home. Being the plaything of Omni had not been something he had enjoyed, but he had managed to invent a solution and return himself home with his memories of such in tact. This was why when he had arrived here, Warren was most certainly not in the best of moods because he believed the situation was repeating. Yet, this time things were different than he had anticipated. For example, there was much to his relief no smiling white biped waiting to greet him and tell him he was "interesting" or that he would be watching. All in all, the Quarterback of Chaos was most certainly not happy with the current events that he was being forced to cope with. Among these was the problem that he had to deal with of once more having no resources and not even a place to call his home. Being robbed of everything once was annoying. Of course now he was little more than absolutely boiling over with rage at his second abduction to a mysteriou

"This silly game is really quite lame, and someone's going to pay." muttered Warren as he took the time to really examine the area that he was in. Learning more about the surroundings could allow him to make a true plan that would allow him to deal with his problems individually. The first problem was that he didn't know enough or really anything about the terrain. Resolving that issue would help him to deal with the other problems, including his lack of supplies. At least whoever had abducted him had the courtesy of leaving him with an invention he had been working on, the NFL-Laser. While not the best item to use in a place like this, it would have to do until he could build more inventions. Warren started marching aimlessly, growling obscenities beneath his breath about whoever had dragged him from his home. It was one thing to have this incident once. Yet, now he was completely out of patience. When he had finished dealing with Omni he had hoped his dimensional hijinx were over and done. That he could focus on what he wanted to, instead of being pulled places against his will. Apparently he had been totally and completely wrong about that. "Blast it all!" groaned Warren Zimmer as he surveyed the environment he found himself in.

The area he was in looked to be some sort of thriving black market, though it did have it's problems. Mechanical beasts of some sort that held giant scythes and were carving through fields. Whatever they were, Warren had no desire to get on the bad side of them. Likely they were not going to show him any mercy unlike the Guardians. If the Guardians were here, Waren might try to convince them to help him. Of course part of him was glad the Guardians were not here because it meant they were back home, and had not been dragged here against their will. They were after all just kids, and had no business being kidnapped against their will by an unknown source. An unknown source that he wished to dip on boiling oil at this point... no. Boiling oil was too lenient for the individual who had abducted him this time.

Thankfully he was in an area that sold supplies. Perhaps he could achieve the acquisition of some weapons for himself as well as some resources. His NFL-Laser was not going to be enough to deal with whoever had brought him here. Given that, he'd have to figure out what the people here used as currency, and then acquire it for himself. A command center would be needed for transit purposes more than likely by him. In addition he was also going to need to rebuild his armor for himself. In the Omniverse he had a lot of weapons at his disposal. Every last one of them was going to be rebuilt by him at some point so he could be prepared to deal with this idiocy himself.

Right now he had to research whoever had abducted him, and then find a way to prevent it from happening again. There was step one, cut off the individual or individuals from abducting more people. Unlike with Omni, Warren was going to work more intelligently than he had. Taking a deep breath, and releasing it he forced himself to calm down. Anger was not going to get him any closer to solving the first of his problems here. Resources were what he lacked, and needed to correct. His NFL-Laser needed some components it was missing to be useful in any fight, and so he was going to have to acquire them.

"Who has done this to me, and why could they not leave me be?"

The answer to that question is one Warren would pay good money for. Since he had been basically abducted without any warning whatsoever, he had not been given time to prepare. A note like "oh hey, you're being taken from your home to participate in some sort of game" would have been nice in his opinion. After all, that note would have given him time to prepare. By prepare he meant grab a gun and shoot his abductor until they agreed Warren was not to be treated as a play thing. The smiling white biped had been bad enough of a menace to the Quarterback of Chaos. Honestly right now, he really wanted to find out the source of his displeasure. Were he in possession of the Semi-Wild, he would run over his unwanted kidnapper because it made him mad. Okay, mad was not the right word in hindsight. Absolutely livid was not the right word either. If there was one to his current feelings, he did not know it. "The imbecile who kidnapped me... is going to pay for this. They should have at least given me time to prepare." As he trekked through the black market, Warren began to look around to see what supplies he needed to use for his own purposes.

Step one of coping with the numerous issues he possessed, Warren decided would be to gather his supplies. Going over to one of the merchants he asked. "How much for a plasma focusing lens?" The merchant looked at him. "You've been brought here by the Arbiters?" Warren shrugged. "What are the Arbiters?" "They're the reason that people have been brought here from various places." So the Arbiters were like Omni and treated people like little more than play things to be messed aroulnd with, should they wish to play with them. Now that he knew who his hated enemy was, Warren had to find a way that he could deal with them. Ideally he'd gather the resources he needed and learn how to counter them. Omni had at least been good for one thing and he had learned one thing from Omni that he could use to his advantage. Omnilium could provide him an advantage in this place if he could recreate it in this universe. But he would not name it Omnilium, but perhaps Zimmerite. Zimmerite was a better name than the substance that had been the living proof he had been a plaything for Omni and little more than a toy to be discarded when he had outlived his usefulness.

Of course he'd managed to turn the tables on that albino biped by managing to escape. Thankfully it had been relatively easy when he had put his mind to it. "I'll pay the price for the Plasma Focusing Lens." Once he had paid the price for the lens, Warren sat down on a nearby bench, and started dismantling the NFL-Laser. Once he had managed to get the laser operational he sighed. Really he had a lot more work to do than one might expect. The blaster was not going to be enough on it's own. In addition to the laser, he was going to need a lot more possessions to help him free himself from the grip of the Arbiters. Giving them a knuckle sandwich to the face was not going to be an easy task by any definition of the word to put it mildly.

And of course, Warren's bad day was about to get worse. How you ask, could a bad day of his magnitude get possibly worse? The answer was when a couple of punks with blaster pistols approached him, souring his good day. Sighing, Warren simply pulled out his NFL-Laser before they had a chance to unholster their blasters and shot both of them until he was sure they were incapacitated without serious harm. Once he had dealt with them in that fashion, Warren proceeded on his way. Now that he knew there were criminals down here, he needed to get stronger and in a hurry. It was not like there was a school he could go to in order to relearn every skill he had possessed in the Omniverse. Yet there might be one. Ideas came to mind about how he could handle his current lack of capability. Perhaps he could take a page from the book of Omni and make something similar to Omnilium so that he could use it to give him a way to level the field. Everyone else who wa0s here was likely so far ahead of him it would not even be funny if he were to find out about it.

"I've got a long way to go," said Warren Zimmer groaning as he did so. It was true.

Several words existed that could fit how Warren was feeling now about his current situation. Among those was the term "unamused" which aptly described what he felt towards finding himself in yet another place where he didn't know the rules, and had virtually nothing. Enraged was one of the words that also felt how he was feeling, though it was because he had been abducted again. Being kidnapped was never fun for anyone, and even less fun when you were on the receiving end of the kidnapping, after being abducted once. Once was more than enough in Warren's opinion, and if he ever saw that pale faced white abomination again it would be far too soon in his opinion. Right now he wanted to put these "Arbiters" in a chipper shredder and then through a meat tenderizer, and then use acid on them. Following that he wanted to run the Arbiters over with a monster truck, but he was quick to dismiss any such thoughts. Unlike last time when Omni had kidnapped him, revenge was not an option. No, he needed to focus on something he hadn't when Omni had kidnapped him. Making peace with his situation was not going to be easy, but it was feasible. "As much as I personally want to do all sorts of evil overlord things to the Arbiters, now is not the time. I focused too much on that in the past, with Omni. Unlike last time, I'm not going to make that same mistake."

Suffice it to say he knew that since revenge was not an option, he needed another focus. But what could he focus on? There were many options. Really he should focus on making sure he had the right tools and supplies to be prepared. After all, you couldn't build an armory without the tools to stock it with. Plus there was the matter of how Warren was going to deal with his problem of being abducted. Focusing on something else was ideal and the best way to cope with it to be honest.

If there was one thing Warren could say he absolutely knew it was how mad he was about the current situation. Outraged did not even begin as a description of how he honestly felt right now. Of course being abducted for the second time was not something he considered amusing to put it mildly. Obviously he was not in the best of moods right not. Unfortunately however, what could better his mood could not be achieved by him because he lacked the capability, and the resources in order to do so. Since he had nowhere he could call home, Warren could not build a death ray and point it at the Arbiters to demand return to his home. Of course he also lacked the NFL-R or really any of the equipment that he considered his. This was worrying. Without resources he would not stand a chance of building the resources he needed in order to ensure his survival in this mess. Whoever had kidnapped him had done a good job, well a perfect job of stripping him of pretty much every resource he had owned. Starting from the ground up was not fun to him, in the slightest.

Building any of the equipment he intended to was going to have to be done by hand. This was going to be tedious, Warren knew it was going to be. There was no cure for it unfortunately, he was going to have to rediscover hard work. Fortunately for him he did remember the schematics of many of the devices he had used in the Omniverse. Lightsabers were going to be a suitable weapon to add to his arsenal Plasma blasters were also a good option for him to add to his arsenal. Obviously he was going to remake his NFL-R as soon as possible or an Anticorian Cuff for himself so that he could have his powers back at full power.

"Well. Looks like I've got a lot of work to do," groaned Warren. "And it's not going to be fun."

After finding an empty warehouse - lab that had the right supplies he needed, Warren had slaved over the technology he was going to rely on. While he didn't like being forced to work on things by hand, he had no other choice. Omnilium did not exist here, although he didn't want it to exist. Since he had escaped the prison that Omni had put them in, Warren was trying to re-establish his own dominance, and his own courage, as well as his own inventive nature. Doing so required that he give up certain things, like the ease of access Omnilium gave him to whatever he needed. "At last," shouted Warren as he looked at the app he had created on his currently mostly non-functional NFL-R. At least he had managed to recreate the Fire Blast App which gave him an attack that he could use in combat other than his fists. Still he had a long way to go, and he knew this. This world may not be as bad as the ones in the Omniverse, but it was not anywhere Warren wished to call home and so he needed a way off of it. Surely the Black Market must have something that could get him where he wanted to be. The Fire Blast was a powerful asset if he used it properly.

A trek was began by Warren to locate a place that he could use to get off of this rock. Sure it had some resources that he needed but he didn't want to rely on it.
