Character Behavior:Tornadus is a Vain God. Floating high and mighty over everyone else, the Cyclone Pokemon truly believes he is above everyone else, and thus is a very condescending individual. He treats everyone around him as a vassal or vassal to be, and will not be denied what he wants even if he must fight for it. Any challenges to his divinity are treated by him as utter blasphemy, and he will respond to such blasphemy properly.
Of course, as a god Tornadus believes himself to be completely invincible. Even in a shackled state, he flies proudly above the battlefield in a fight, staying right outside of melee range to pelt his foes with incredible gales of wind. However, the moment he is injured he will fly into a state of panic and fear, as above all else he fears the possibility of a person who is capable of slaying a god such as himself.
Physical Description:

Standing (well, he never touches the floor, but if he was...) at a somewhat short 4'11", Tornadus is a genie-like figure with a green skin tone and with a muscular physique, akin to a bodybuilder. Tornadus has white, wavy, and billowy styled hair, a spiky white mustache, two long and sharp purple horns, and two pointed green ears on either side of its head. Its eyes are yellow with beady white irises and no visible pupils. The front of Tornadus's body is covered in various, irregularly shaped purple spots, with it's broad chest consisting of two joined diamond-shaped pectorals with a teardrop over it's navel, and it's shoulders and elbows adorned with magatama shapes.
Tornadus's lower body meanwhile is consistently covered by a big white cloud. Beneath the cloud is a lower body reminiscent of a bird of prey more than an actual human, with sharp purple talons and a tail extending out the back of the cloud. This tail then wraps around to the front as a sort of sash, incapable of moving but instead using the whorls attached to the ends to gather wind into his body. When casting air magic, the clouds on Tornadus's body often crackle with arcane energy, and his tail glows with a white aura as it channels it's magic.
Character History:
Tornadus is less of a Pokémon and more of a Force of Nature. A Legendary Pokémon, he is part of a quartet of siblings that consists of himself, Thundurus, Enamorus and their leader Landorus. In his prime, Tornadus was a god of storms, creating hurricanes whenever it flew and terrorizing the land in it's eternal duels with his siblings Thundurus and Enamorus. Only Landorus, the leader of their group was able to put their squabbles to a rest due to his innate ties with the planet itself, but when he was not around it was the peoples of Unova who suffered.
However, fate changed things. Two Trainers known as Bianca and N made their way across the Region, in a long and drawn out battle between the Unova Region and the Pokémon Terrorist Group known as Team Plasma. As N had caught Zekrom, Bianca went to capture a fellow Legendary Pokémon in order to counter N's own new ace. With humans catching Legendaries in order to settle this debate of idealogies, it was only a matter of time before the God of all Pokémon, Arceus himself intervened at the Pokémon League.
Chained in a Poké Ball, Tornadus did not even get to fight before Arceus unleashed his judgement atop N's Castle. Everything struck was immediately sent across space and time to Erde Nona, far away from the Pokémon World as punishment for misuse of the gods themselves. In the process, all of the Poké Balls in their possession broke, releasing all of their Pokémon in the process. In his hubris, upon emerging from the rubble of the castle the Cyclone Pokémon claimed responsibility for what happened, which further earned Arceus's ire and drew immediate retaliation.
It was this hubris which ultimately shackled Tornadus. Reduced in power greatly via divine chains, the God of Winds was revoked of his godhood and made mortal, a fact that he refuses to ever admit. Deluded by his own power, he flew away from the ruins of N's Castle to explore this new world, one which contained beings and powers far different from anything he had ever truly witnessed. However, he never saw any reason to fear these creatures due to his own percieved divinity, and his curiosity was just that: a curiosity of the new mechanics of this unknown world.
Still, magic came easy to him. It was similar enough to genuine Pokémon moves that he became a skilled aeromancer, with expert knowledge of winds. To this day, he props himself up as a god only exceeded in power by the Arbiters themselves, even if it's obvious that he's putting on a facade. He makes his home wherever the winds are at their loudest, all the while looking for worshippers. He's currently eyeing the Orks as a possible people for him to subjugate and one day lead, so long as they continue believing him to be an Ork.
