Character Behavior
Adventurous Strategist – Ellie is, above all, an adventurer. She loves exploring, learning and interacting with anything new, whether that’s in her sciences or in her travels. She is extroverted, energetic, confident, positive and happy-go-lucky.
In fights, Ellie won’t back down, but doesn’t often engage the target directly. Using her techniques, she focuses on evasion and irritating the opponent into making a mistake before attacking, or simply using the environment to injure or disable.

Character History:
Born in Australia in 2003, Ellie Vaughan was daughter to Tobias Vaughan, an intelligent and well respected scientist. Tobias landed a job that involved a top secret project and spent much of his time working. Ellie, inspired by and inheriting her father's genius, discovered a fondness for tinkering, building and exploring. An avid programmer at age five, Ellie's skills grew in her isolation. Due to her father's absence and her inability to bond meaningfully with other children, Ellie spent much of her time alone. Her first exceptional invention was an AI, D.L.I.D (Dense Light Interface Droid), which she nicknamed Denny or Dee-Lid, who helped Ellie create her own augmented reality programs and fill the void of human interaction.
At age 22, Ellie had developed a lucrative career in the sciences but found her heart lied in inventing. She had made friends as she got older and found her shyness had left her. A new desire opened up - travel. She journeyed all around the world, but she wanted to find something brand new. Earth had been charted, so she set out to invent something to transcend the barriers no one had been capable of doing - time and space.
Eventually, thanks to some of her father's research, she discovered a way to part the veil between space and time. Forging the new 'elorium' element, Ellie constructed a gauntlet to assist with sealing, regenerating and manipulating of the energy that the elorium produced. Using this device that she dubbed the Elorium Gauntlet, Ellie could teleport instantly between large gaps in space, letting her visit other planets and dimensions (proving the many worlds interpretation true). Time was more difficult, but she could manipulate it at a minimal scale.
She journeyed through countless adventures with D.L.I.D, finding that the more she utilised elorium, the faster she could move through space, and the quicker her wounds healed, as if time was rewinding her cells back to their optimal state.
One morning at age 27, she teleported to a random set of co-ordinates for a new adventure, landing in a strange alien land named Sweetzerland...
