Welcome back, man. The application looks good, but there are a few things that will need looked at before it can be approved.

Your character history is extremely short. You might get away with it since pretty much everyone knows the plot of Star Wars, but I'd recommend including a brief background, for the benefit of anyone who for some reason hasn't seen the films and happens to look at your profile.

As for your Abilities, the Modifiers are supposed to be multiplied by the rank of the Effect they modify, and should ideally be indicated more clearly. So, for example, I would recommend writing your lightsaber Ability like this:

I've slightly altered your description just to clarify (again, for the benefit of the handful of people in existence who haven't seen Star Wars) that the plasma blade is only present when activated.

Adding a link in your description was a nice touch, though linking to the Wiki page for sword hilts wasn't really worth doing, as I'm sure we all know what a hilt is. If you want to link to something (though you don't need to if you don't want to), I'd recommend this page, as it actually includes an image of the hilt of Anakin's lightsaber:

If you prefer to put the descriptions above the Effect lists, as you have done in your application, then that's fine. The important part is making sure the Modifiers are correct and are displayed clearly. You might want to take a look at Force Control, as you don't seem to have added any Modifiers to the Damage Effect.
