Delusional Improviser. Vitan's mindset operates on Murphy's law, refusing to trust anything even if the situation has little chances of going wrong.

Ms. Amerstrannie also likes to fight at the seat of her pants because "plans are for fuckers" according to her.

Abilities/Skills:

Unlucky Misses
Description: Vitan activates her ability with a snap of a finger, making the enemy's attacks against her miss entirely. Their punches? Miss! Their spray of bullets? Miss! Any attack, really. It only works for 5 seconds. Of course, she has to actively try to dodge.

Hapless Stumble
Description: When running or doing any type of footwork, the enemy has a chance to stumble or even trip depending on how fast or complex they're moving their feet around. It is also activated by a snap of a finger.

Attack Backfire
Description: With yet another snap of a finger. She can make the enemy's own attacks backfire against them. Such as a ricochet bullet bouncing back to the enemy, accidentally screwing up an attempt to catch their own boomerang. Any weapon that has the risk of hitting them right back.

Butterfingers!
Description: Vitan likes to do this little thing to start off fights. When she activates the ability (You know the drill). She has a chance of making people drop their weapons by startling them with a surprise jump and many more.

Asspull Trap
Description: When the ability has been activated. Something like an unstable environment will turn against the enemy whether Vitan intended it or not. A loose billboard? Falls on the enemy. Wobbly 2nd floor? Breaks down and the enemy falls through it. The enemy tries to smash Vitan through glass? The glass somehow stays somewhat intact. You get the picture.
It's pretty inconsistent depending on chance.

History:
Vitan has been cursed with terribly bad luck for as long as she can remember. She is the most unlucky person to grace her city from childhood to adulthood. Something simple like returning a book from the library becomes a life or death situation and people don't want to be associated with her because of her reputation as a jinxed person. Thanks to the curse, she's been put through a lot of undesirable situations such as thugs mugging her, a bank robbery happening when she's inside and a brawl starting in a bar she's hanging out in for a few examples. And because of this, she spends most of her days cooped up inside her home. The occasional moment she gets sent to another dimension by some portal is the only time she actually comes out of her apartment to socialize.
