Character Behavior
Peter, a.k.a Star-lord, is somewhat of a loose canon with his own code of honor. He is a good person at heart but will always make sure he and his are taken care of. Profficient in the art of bullshit and will use this a lot to get his way or into trouble. A skilled marksman and has many gadgets he uses in combat.

Character History:

After teaming up with the Avengers to fight Thanos, The Guardians and Thor went out to look for Gamora. During their search, Peter went to persue a lead on his own, this is when he got stuck in the crossroads.

Abilities/Skills:

Quad Blasters

Damage 5 +500
Debuff 3 +300 ( Electric shot, bottom barrel, has the ability to stun enemies if they are receptacle for it.)

Ranged +50
Affects Multiple +50
Removable -50
Finite - 50 ( Ammo- 2x2 shots of Electro )

Total: 800 Essence

They are guns, they shoot stuff.

Two Blasters which have the option of different types of Ammunition. Both Plasma shot and Electric Shot are available. Only Electric shock ( bottom barrel ) has the ability/chance to stun someone. Plasma shot is it's primary ammo

Most of the time these packs are stuck to his boots, Peter might also attach them to his back. These rockets grant the object or person the ability to fly.

Hey there!

For "Quad Blasters" - Be sure to describe how your modifiers apply to your ability's Effects in the description! You should mention how the two ammo types can Affect Multiple opponents, how these weapons are Removable, and describe exactly how they are Finite in the description. To qualify for Finite, you must specify when/how Quill needs to reload his ammo. Remember, "You can regain the use of these Effects by reloading, recharging, fueling up, or doing something else, but it must take a narratively significant amount of time where you are focused exclusively on replenishing your supplies. In order for it to qualify as Finite, Effects that are continuously used should need to be 'recharged' at least once per scene."

Also, do the modifiers listed here apply to just Debuff 3 or just Damage 5, or do the modifiers apply to both of them? If the modifiers listed apply to both, please list the modifiers under each Effect and revise your Ability's total cost.

For "Rocket Packs" - Please describe how the Removable and Transferable modifiers work in your description. For instance, for Transferable, can Peter loan these rocket packs to others? And as for Removable, can enemies remove these rocket packs from Peter's boots?

Plasma shot:

Removable -50 ( They are weapons and can be disarmed or removed or dropped )
Finite - 50 ( Ammo- 21 burst shots for each gun before it needs to recharge, this is a matter of seconds 7-10 sec.)

Electrich shock:
Debuff 3 +300 ( Electric shot, bottom barrel, has the ability to stun enemies if they are receptacle for it. It has the same charactaristics as electricity.)

Affects Multiple +50 (2 guns 2 targets possible)
Removable -50 ( They are weapons and can be disarmed or removed or dropped )
Finite - 50 ( Ammo- 2x2 shots of Electro useable once per scene)

Transferable +50 (They can be attached to any object by use of magnet. Peter's boots and suit are both equipped with plates that provide a surface for it. Can be transferable to people and objects which have this charastaristic.)
Removable - 50 (these gadgets can be destroyed or removed by enemies. They are not perma attached)
