Medusa thought her life was finally over. That her torment had come to an end at the hands of Perseus. She could finally rest and put everything behind her. It came as a shock when she woke up in the jungles of Kraw. She languished the fact that she had retained her Gorgan appearance. However, she pushed herself to carry onward. To not let her past hold her down any longer. It wasn’t long after her arrival did she discover that the critters and the wildlife she would gaze upon didn’t turn to stone. She was filled with excitement and joy! She could finally talk to people! Get to know them! Certainly there must be someone out there who would stand to talk to her. Right?
Medusa would come to find herself at the University of Abraxas studying various marble and stone statues they had in their collection. She had spent so much time turning people into stone that she discovered a real talent for appraising and creating such works. It wasn’t long before she was a “Curator of Statues” at the University, working alongside Indiana Jones to recover and document various artefacts that came across her table. She also happened to be a good crime deterrent. Those who came to know her realized that if she were forced, she could turn her gaze upon them and force any unsuspecting mortal into stone. That is where she is today. Doing what she has come to love.

Medusa's legendary ability. This is what made her a force to reckon with during time in Greece and what keeps the rowdy people she interacts with in line on Kraw. With a sharp glare that could pierce through anyone, Medusa's eyes glow bright yellow and she casts Petrifying Gaze which attempts to turn the target into an immovable statue. If the target is resistant to such effects they are simply brought to a stand still and held in place. Otherwise the target will immediately perish by turning to stone. Indiana Jones does wonder where she keeps getting all these interesting statues.
