Character Behavior:
Sephiroth is a Grim Master. A Grim person, rarely speaking to comfort others nor bring humor. He is straight and dark with his words and aloof with how he stands. He views himself above others, and prefers to not show vulnerability even to those he'd consider useful. His piercing gaze seems unwavering, but it hides the maniacal mind behind it. A Master of combat, he wields both Masamune and magic with great proficiency. He's economic and practical, partial to no style, and often simply overpowers his foes with cleaving swings and impaling thrusts.
Physical Description:
Tall at 6'1"and menacing, Sephiroth is a strong and sharp looking human roughly in his late 20s. Straight, silver hair reaches down his back and frames his glowing green eyes, the result of Mako exposure. He is often wearing covering black clothing with minimal armor, and is never without his sword Masamune by his side.
Character History:
The result of the S Project branch of the Jenova Project, Sephiroth was injected with cells from the extraterrestrial creature Jenova as an unborn child. He was raised under watch by the megacorporation Shinra Electric Power Company, molded into a super soldier and the genitor of the SOLDIER military project. He was instrumental in the expansion of Shinra's hold over the planet, including the defeat of the Wutai nation, and his unmatched power made him admired by his peers. He was never told of his origin, nor of the ambitions of Shinra's desire for the Promised Land, and had few people who he respected or cared for. Thus he was perhaps doomed to fail when the truth was revealed.
He had traveled to Nibelheim as part of an inspection of a nearby Mako Reactor that had malfunctioned. Climbing up Mt Nibel with his fellow SOLDIER and companion Zack Fair, a young Cloud Strife, and Tifa Lockhart as their guide, they pushed through monsters until they reach the reactor. Although able to fix it, inside they had found pods containing mutated humans, the experiments of Mako exposure. More still, they found a door labeled "Jenova", who Sephiroth had believed was his mother. Disturbed by these finding, Sephiroth returns back to Nibelheim with the others and locks himself inside the hidden lab under Shinra manor for days. There, he pours over the many files there, seeking answers. What he found was the truth of his creation, of Jenova, and of Shinra's desire to find and reap the Promised Land.
Sephiroth went mad from the revelation, burning down Nibelheim as he headed back to the reactor. Believing to be the descendant of the Ancients, he intended to "rescue" Jenova to claim his birthright and gain revenge on the humans. He is attacked by Tifa for killing her father, whom Sephiroth easily knocked away. Once entering the chamber, he begins to extract Jenova from her confines before being confronted by Zack, who he is able to remove. It isn't until Cloud manages to make a back attack with Zack's Buster Sword that Sephiroth is wounded, and in the resulting struggle Cloud manages to knock Sephiroth in the exposed Lifestream below, taking Jenova's head with him.
Years past, Sephiroth believed to be dead. Instead, he had gained immense powers and manipulated others infected with Jenova Cells in order to search for the Black Materia, Meteor. He seeks to do untold damage to the planet, gaining his vengeance against the people of the planet and weakening the planet itself so that he may infuse himself with the Lifestream and Jenova to ascend to godhood. He leaves a trail of death in his wake, and succeeds on sending Meteor with a crash course towards the planet.
He is defeated by Cloud Strife and his companions when they confront him at the North Crater, they are able to destroy both Sephiroth's ascended form and purge his influence from Cloud. Now he drifts into nothingness, until he awakens again....

Description: Sephirot’s sword, a 7 foot long ōdachi that he wields in one hand with ease despite it’s massive size. A sharp and deadly weapon able to pierce through armor and kill those who stand before it, one should be careful when standing near to Sephirot when he swings it. Not because he hasn’t mastered the weapon in the decade he’s used it, but that he doesn't care to accommodate allies in his way.
