Ururu tends to be one who is both paranoid and reckless. If she can get a quick win she'll take it, and if she can't and has to get up close and personal she'll jump right to overkill until she's absolutely sure nothing is going to get back up and kick her ass. When at all possible she'll send a clone in first to test the waters.
If she gets a chance to mouth off, snark, and make a colorful metaphor regarding anatomy, she'll take it.
Physical Description:
Cute, tomboy, and teenager are probably the first thoughts people think of when they see her. Beyond that, she's short at 4'5", with a slightly rounded heart-shaped face, has very long sandy blond hair (often in a braid), tanned olive skin naturally, and enough scars to fill a memoir or three.
Her favorite features are her deep emerald eyes, and as she puts it her mouth. It's not too small and just big enough to get her in trouble.
Clothes wise, she wears for comfort if she can, and hates shoes, and barely tolerates sandals. But if she goes for style, a three-piece suit, and a hooded leather duster are common adornments of hers. Regardless you'll always find her wearing a tomoe cut emerald on a short silver chain around her neck.
Character History:
The short of it is, Ururu was talented enough that she was swept up in her own success in Konoha's military. Praised just enough to keep her interested and given puzzles to solve that only motivated her further.
She didn't realize until after she made genin that she didn't want to live the life of a child soldier. Even her heading up archeological digs between missions didn't keep her from wanting to leave. Genius they called her, and behind her back it was Arrogant. Her genius and arrogance though weren't so much from physical prowess, though she had that too, instead it was from something much more simple.
Knowledge.
Specifically, the scientific method that she employed, which allowed her to secretly adapt the kinjutsu Kage Bunshin into her own personal immortality technique.
With that in her hands, and a means to create personalities to inhabit her new special clones, she saw a way to get out of Konoha without being hunted. The only problem is she got caught and wasn't willing to kill his sensei to escape.
That was when she had her first brush to universes outside her own and got sucked up into the Omniverse.
Her failure with her sensei and her abrupt abduction into another multiverse sent her in a reckless rage that started with multiple deaths, failures, a string of one-night stands, and more than few drunken benders spanning years in the scifi world of Coruscant. It then ended with her attempting to gain power and kill the entity behind her abduction, only to fail and get swatted down like a fly.
At that point whether due to the kind of power she amassed in the form of anti-omni, or someone taking pity on her, she was pulled into Multerra and dumped in Erde Nona

Creates a living biological clone that takes on a desired static humanoid form and appearance. This creature is designed to become a vessel for anything presence that deigns to inhabit it. Usually, this is one of the personalities that exist within the Network. Without a persona installed, it is merely a mindless Slab of meat.
At this time each clone remains unremarkable

This fuuinjutsu seal creates a chakra-based psychic Network through which the user’s mind and their personas (artificial personalities) exist in a transcendental state.
This creates an ideal situation as it allows any Persona occupied Networked Clone to communicate seamlessly at a distance with the user and other Network Clones telepathically. However, due to how this system is created, communication outside of this Network with any other individuals is impossible.
Shinobi’s Daring Grace
Cost: 900
From a young age, the user has been trained in the classic taijutsu of their village to better make use of their body and enhance it with chakra. This enables them to move and react in ways well beyond what a normal human would be capable of when in the same physical condition. More to the point, their speed and reaction are critical for the insane leaping ability of a ninja that would otherwise be suicidal.
As such jumping from tree to tree and pissing off neighbors by running across their roof is a well-enjoyed pastime.
Shinobi’s Enduring Strength
Cost: 600
Just as a shinobi trains for speed, so too does their taijutsu require that they train for strength. When combined with the energy flow of chakra in their body, the user is capable of turning their entire body into a weapon, through the hefty application of punches, kicks, body strikes, and any other limb that might be used for impacting with deadly force. Furthermore, their endurance allows them to keep this up longer than most and when properly aware, the ability to kill can be made into the ability to block otherwise debilitating damage.
