Appearance
Standing at a notable six foot four, Broli outfit is composed of two parts. His upper body is exposed, with the exception of golden bangles on his forearms, a golden necklace, and the Syntech inhibitor. His physique is impressive even when he is in this 'normal' state, and this is only augmented when he transforms under duress. 
On his lower half, he wears pearly slacks, almost baggy. A crimson cloth of sorts is wrapped around his waist, covering as far down as the knees of his pants and supported by a golden buckle crested with a central sapphire. His hair is solid black, but in the process of a becoming a Super Saiyan, his hair has been known to shift to that of pine green, a mix of blue and green and yet containing enough darkness to believe that some pigments of black exist in the combination as well, before completely altering to a golden hue. His hair can be described as thick or shaggy at best, slivers of his hair growing to his mid face and his upper back serving as the borderline of its growth.

Broli believes in honor, loyalty, and justice. His persistence in upholding these beliefs have caused him to go to the brink of death, a sense of wiping away the grungy foundations driving him to do anything for these three things. For example, his quest to unify the Saiya-Jin race was initially caused by his disgust in the ignorance of the Saiyans for their own potential to be the most powerful in the universe. Believing in the superiority of the Saiya-Jin race, Broli fought to bring his people back together into the feared force they once were. Also, loyal to the end, Broli will do anything for his king, Vegeta. At the same time, however, it must be understood that Broli is by no means the classic hero. He will kill for his beliefs, whether essential reasoning exists or not. Broli has been found time and again to possess a certain wisdom learnt from past events currently shrouded in mystery, though his calm, reserved, wise manner can often be disrupted by his zealous, almost immature emotions that appear when he finds himself facing something he does not agree with, whether it be an action, ideology, or a mere few words. All in all, Broli is best known for his courage, his tenacity, and his willingness to fight for a greater cause, whatever that may be.
Possible Reactions
In contrast to many accounts of his barbarism, Broli is often well-spoken and composed, but all bets are off as the battles wear on and saiyan instincts and the will to survive supplant nobler intentions.
Relationships
Broli is familiar with Raditz and Bardock, having competed against them in the past. He harbors no ill-will to either fellow saiyan, but he will not hesitate to 'put them down'. If you're someone from any DBZ canon, he might recognize some version of your character. Likewise, he'd be curious to know more if you're someone he doesn't recognize who seems to be aware of what he is.
Fighting Style
Courageous, tenacious, and emotionally driven, Broli will do anything to achieve the goal he has in mind as long as his actions do not counteract with his own beliefs. His beliefs usually lead him to choose a 'good' action over an 'evil' one, though he is by no means blameless. Broli will quickly move to execute justice on whoever he sees fit.
NPC Handicap and Notes
Handicap - Broli is a two-time champion (DA1 and the inaugural conquest event). Despite this resume and his impressive physique and powers, his handicap is a 2.
Notes - Broli will ally with those who aren't outwardly psychotic or unstable. He is also likely to abruptly leave if a partner starts to come off as weak or cowardly.
Unique - When Broli has received a Major Injury, he will immediately transform into his "Legendary Super Saiyan" variant and remain that way for the remainder of the contest. In this state, his handicap is considered a 4. In this state, he will not ally with anyone and will be innately aggressive.
