Sasuke dresses quite simply for someone who often runs his mouth about his standing in relation to his peers.
Personality / Lore
Other Sasukes exist across a likely multiverse of realities. This particular incarnation reached adulthood while undertaking a lengthy career of fighting and violence. Starting innocuously enough as a sort of loose ally of a regional warlord, he went on to win Karl Jak's relaunch of Dante's Abyss. What followed was an unknown period (rumors circulate around some sort of incarceration at the hands of other power brokers in his 'home verse'). Whatever the case, the Sasuke that resurface was somehow more sullen, more arrogant, and even more controversial among the community of sand-dwellers. While he boastfully partook in a similar contest of death and mayhem, he was absent when his de facto home city was savaged. He found himself stalked across the verses, and he tasted death at the hands of spurned peoples. This didn't prevent him from resurfacing in another of Karl Jak's events, where he was ultimately defeated by the equivalent of a court jester. Now, Sasuke has resurfaced once again. Often imitated. Never duplicated (until now, I guess)
Possible Reactions
Sasuke is, at his heart, somewhat of a loner. His preponderance for paranoia and egotism left many people with a poor first impression on him, and these less than palpable elements of his personality didn't endear him to many, including those he was formally aligned with 'in his past life'. Because of this, he's likely to attack first and ask questions later. This isn't his first rodeo. He's out for little more than blood, and with any luck, vengeance against a few who wronged him.

Fighting Style
Sasuke is an adept hand-to-hand fighter. Long ago, he had few equals, and even after years with 'the desert people', he remained undefeated save for a run-in with a literal amalgamation of champions. Skilled at subterfuge, stealth, and acrobatics, he will not hesitate to strike without question and quickly eliminate foes. That said, his arrogance may cause him to subconsciously pull punches and to goad his foes rather than finish them off.
NPC Handicap and Notes
Handicap – Unfortunately for those who would see him laid low, Sasuke is a highly skilled warrior. His handicap is a 5.
Notes – In case it hasn't been made clear, Sasuke is likely to forgo alliances. That said, he's not an idiot. He'll 'do his research' and if things don't go his way initially, he may try to forge alliances. He is truly a wildcard among a sea of wildcards.
Unique – Sasuke has a Super Attack called 'chidori blade' that allows him to manifest a blade of electricity from any hilt-shaped objects (standard Super Move rules apply).
