I'll be using this thread to make the usual phase-change announcements, for elimination announcements, and anything else of that sort. This is to avoid repeating or reposting the same announcements in multiple threads, for sake of my own sanity mostly.

Everyone will receive these messages, in the fashion from the barracks -- a holographic projection from their limiter device of choice. You all are welcome to even respond or speak back, as it does function as a two-way channel.

Also looks like we gotta say farewell to a certain sailor man. ♥ He sure put on a hell of a show early on, but alas. ♥ Wish him well out there wherever contestant nineteen ends up! ♥

And last but not least, let's give a warm sendoff to our resident ancient king. ♥ This ain't Sparta, Leonidas. ♥ Luckily we won't be kicking contestant number two into any holes! ♥

The actual deaths as mentioned above will be detailed in some update posts to come. As always for those who were eliminated: this only locks your coin prize in place, but you're still in the game for earning more participation essence and surviving 'til the end.

And much as it pains us to do it, the little bundle of boar-riding chaos will also be getting kicked off the prize island. ♥ But you know what that means? ♥ Now he's got nothing left to lose! ♥ Go down swinging, you little interdimensional australian wacko! ♥

Also, let's not forget contestant number nine! ♥ He's out there somewhere...just waiting to pop in and surprise some of you! ♥ After last year, I just know we're all looking forward for when he shows up again. ♥

Also, while we're talkin' about things and I have your attention. ♥ Where'd that fiery kid with the weird pig get to? ♥ I looked away for a second and his tracker went dark. ♥

Oh well, it's probably nothing. ♥ Maybe he's just embracing the spirit of the game! ♥

I have a feeling that things are about to start getting veeeeery interesting down there. ♥ So if you'd like, you can think of this as the start of the 'real game', or something! ♥

As mentioned above, we're nearing the endgame, so to speak. Starting next phase, I will be ramping up the eliminations so we should be down to the last batch in the running just in time for the climactic finale!

Contestant number nine, you're out! ♥ Everybody loved you last year, and you slipped by this long on virtue of that. ♥ But even a dragon can't just float around in the ether forever and expect to make it to the end. ♥ Should've found some friends to stick with again! ♥

Oooh. ♥ Tough break for our little experimental bundle of all things chaos! ♥ The crowds love contestant number seven when he's on camera, but it looks like....he's just not on camera enough. ♥ Like literally: poor guy's too small, and people at home keep missing him! ♥ Tough break! ♥

Aaaand looks like that's all for now! ♥ But the numbers aren't looking good for next round, assorted ladies and not-ladies! ♥

Minor change to the rules: I will no longer be eliminating/killing people due to inactivity or not being able to post. But next post I will be eliminating four people at minimum, and the round after will be the final one. Strap in everybody, we've hit the endgame!

Ah, well that sucks! ♥ Boss-man returned to the scene juuuust in time for the ratings to give him the boot, for real this time! ♥ Guess it'd be kinda lame for the guy runnin' things to win, anyway, huh? ♥

Next one out is lookin' like....ooooh, that one's gonna sting for a few folks at home. ♥ Last year's winner, knocked out right at the home stretch! ♥ We still love ya, though, contestant number eight! ♥

Oh, ouch! ♥ It runs in the family, I guess! ♥ Next one out of the running is the little lady, contestant number fifteen! ♥ For her first time out, she did alright, though, right? ♥

One sec, everybody... ♥ Ratings are real tight for this last one! ♥ For our last elimination this round, it looks liiiiike.....! ♥

Contestant number one! ♥ Top commentary for this elimination is "didn't tune in to see nerd shit! picking around in brains is GROSS!" ♥ Wow, dang, didn't see THAT one coming. ♥ Better luck next time, eh, doc? ♥

Things are getting right down to the wire, so let's check in on our final ratings and rankings and see how the final standings line up, shall we? ♥

First up on the chopping block for this last round, and in fourth place....contestant number four! ♥ He did MUCH better this year than last, and he even killed the zombified remains of his boss! ♥ Give the kid a round of applause! ♥

Next up, and sliding into third place this year....contestant number eighteen! ♥ She came here to earn some notoriety for herself, and boy do I personally think she nailed it! ♥

As a certain purple-haired gentleman can tell you, even trying year after year doesn't mean you'll do well, so she made a fine showing, especially for her first time out! ♥

Next up, and claiming the second place spot this year, we have.....contestant number seventeen! ♥ Our dear little Belle of the Abyss is proving she isn't just good at one murder game tournament, she's good at the entire genre! ♥ Honestly I was kinda rooting for her to take the win, but oh well.... ♥

Whoops, you didn't hear that last one! ♥ Host can't play favorites! ♥

Aaaanyway....moving right along! ♥ As I'm sure anyone following along at home will be able to figure out, that means our grand champ this year, taking the throne in his first time up to bat.... ♥

Contestant number ten! ♥ Our lovable little hyper-murderous flesh-manipulator! ♥ Who could've seen it coming? ♥ Apparently a lot of you guys at home! ♥

But winner or not, let's make sure to give a hand to everybody! ♥ Especially the dead guys. ♥ Maybe y'all ought to set up a donation fund or some therapy group for people who die in these things? ♥
