Broly is a Functioning Psychopath. He has no regard for anyone other than himself. His actions are true to his own goals. Despite whatever you may have heard, he is intelligent. He knows when to acquiesce and when to fight back. As true of any psychopath he is capable of blending in with society as a whole. However, Broly doesn’t hesitate to kill anyone who gets in his way or ruins plans of his own making.

Formidable​

Broly is a force to be reckoned with. He is a considerable fighter and immensely powerful. This is why Cytokine Industries has seen fit to adorn him with a device that restricts his power and makes him more likely to obey commands. Because of this device Broly’s power has been split in several ways. When he is being restricted he has a restricted Super Saiyan form where his hair is a hue of blue. When his handlers decide to lengthen their leash his normal yellow hair can be seen. Only when his restrictions are completely lifted can he access his full power.

Broly has no recollection of where he is from or really of who he is as a person. The Sayian was captured shortly after his arrival into Multerra and imprisoned by Cytokine Industries. After a lengthy period of study they decided to fit him with a restraining collar allowing him to be commanded by whoever his handler at the time was. Due to his promise as a warrior, and his immense power, he was charged with being the bodyguard and sole protector of a woman named Lillia Courte, who is thought to be a direct descendant of Ember Ramsey. The research division could not verify their claim, but all of the data had pointed in that direction. Deciding to play it safe, knowing this information could fall into the wrong hands (especially that of The Guild and Palaxia) they placed Broly as her bodyguard and gave her complete control over him.

Legendary Super Saiyan​

The legend. The myth. Legendary Super Saiyan is the mythical transformation of the Saiyan race. It is the purest and most powerful form available to them, appearing once every thousand years. Sayian's who possess this ability are usually born with higher than normal power levels. They possess immense strength and power capable of feats no ordinary Saiyan could dream of doing. Tapping into the transformation provides onlookers with an extreme display of power and destruction. Broly bulks up in muscle size and mass and obtains near limitless speed, agility, and combat ability. Due to the nature of this mythical transformation it has left Broly with psychotic tendencies fueled by the fact that there hasn't been an obstacle he could overcome due to his immense strength.

Due to the nano-tech implanted onto Broly’s chest, which drains and controls how much of his power he is able to use, the base Super Saiyan form is altered. It still provides a generous boost, but his hair is bluish in color instead of yellow and his eyes remain black. His aura is a mix of gold and a deep blue color. Until the nano-tech is removed he is only capable of transforming when he is given permission by his current handler.

Legendary Super Saiyan. The legend. The one true unlimited Super Saiyan form obtainable once every thousand years. This form is immensely powerful and has zero to no flaws accompanied with it. Broly bulks up incredibly, his eyes become white with energy and his hair spikes up more than a normal transformation with a bright yellow color. His agility and endurance are heightened greatly. This form is only available if his current handler releases 50% of the restriction placed on him by the nano-tech device. Despite LSSJ being so powerful, the device still keeps the majority of Broly’s power locked away.
