Physical Description:
Seija has black hair with red and white highlights. She looks like a normal human at first glance except for the small horns that are poking out of her head. She without her horns reaches a height of 5 feet even, and is naturally thin in every way especially compared to her mother who looks nothing like her even though they are blood related.
Character History:
Seija's history began with her mother, Sagume Kishin who was born and raised in the worst parts of Arcadia living her life as best as she could; with a boyfriend who at least was willing to give her a chance even though there relationship was strained at the best of times. Seija came along unexpectedly and was the final nail in the coffin for the twos strenuous relationship causing the two to break relations after the father found out.
After 40 long weeks Seija came out kicking and screaming her head off and Sagume knew her little "Rebel" would be a fighter through and through. And as Seija grew up she fought against the laws and regulations anywhere she could except for one person her mother. Sagume always knew what to say to her daughter to calm her. Sure at times the two would throw explicative's and fight but it was never in truly bad faith and they were all the other had.
While it helped Sagume to tell her little rebellious daughter tales of a mallet that could grant wishes that's all they were to the silent mother, myths and stories but to Seija they soon were the center of her little world. An item with that much power could give her and her mother many things including a decent life.
Then it all almost came crashing down when Seija had a massive run in with the law and attacking someone and almost killing them when they were attacking someone Seija didn't really know. What she did know is that the law had pinned herself as a troublemaker and as such her records got worse though she didn't particularly care about it at the time. Her lack of friends tended to help her lack of interest in such a thing. She was hated by virtually everyone and she couldn't do anything about it so why bother?
This has forced Sagume to move Seija and herself to a new high school and neighborhood. And it may allow Seija to finally smooth out her rough edges, only time will tell though.

Seija's main weapon. It's a replica of a legend her mother would talk about, being made of a solid iron and gold mix it packs a punch when Seija gets close enough to use it.
