Character Behavior:
Chuck is the epitome of “Gentle Giant” to those who mean him no harm. He is a kind-hearted man that loves to cook for others. Though he is young, he shows a great amount of determination and adaptability, as well as compassion and generosity.
Physical Description:
Chuck is a half-dragon with a very rare condition called gigantism. At just nineteen years old, Chuck stands at fourteen foot, six inches (4.4 meters) and weighs 1,200 pounds (544.3 kilograms).
His backside, from heels all the way up to include his scalp, as well as the backs of his arms and outsides of his thighs, are covered with a thick scale-like hide and speckled with spike-like nubs. These brass colored scales are dense and rubbery, rather than truly hard as a true dragon’s might be. Where scales do not cover, a more flesh tone hide exists, rougher than that of human skin and hairless.
Chuck has a very broad jaw, distended as that of a dragon, with a near perpetual “smile” in the way his maw is angled. His eyes are bright, quite literally luminescent. Atop his brow resides a pair of jagged, backwards turned horns, with blackened, charred tips.
Character History:
Born as Rothu’Chuka Xvartantu-Hamsley, he has the more common name of “Chuck Hamsley,” given so that he can more comfortably live within human society.
Chuck’s mother, Lira Hamsley, is a human born and raised on Erda Nona. His father is a mystical brass dragon. Xvartantu the Kind is a dragon of modest renown. He lives most of his life in his human polymorph form. Both of Chuck’s parents are healers and caretakers, some of the few on Kraw.
Despite being born on Kraw, Chuck was sent away to attend school on Erda Nona, returning home on holidays. Despite being away from home for so long, he never experienced any true hardships. Bullies were too afraid of his appearance to try anything, adding in that he was a Kraw-native, and his father was a dragon…
With his kind face, strong sense of humor and wit, he was able to fit in with most groups throughout his school years. Because of this, he often bounced between one future plan and another. Musician, professional sports, writer, accountant, doctor, mechanic… Worse was the fact that his parents never pressured him, allowing this free spirit to thrive to a fault.
That is, at least, until a caravan rode in close enough to the boarding school for Chuck to smell what was cooking within one of the wagons. It was the first time he ever left the school grounds (the first time he’d knowingly broken any rule, to be fair.)
The wagon was a makeshift on-the-road kitchen. The old woman within was cooking up a storm and drawing in crowds, selling platefuls and bowlfuls of … something. She called it “Soul Food.”
He asked if she was going to sell her food in the school cafetera and, realizing this giant man-child was still only a student, she apologized the best way she could; with an appropriately sized bowl of shrimp gumbo.
Chuck would never see this woman again, but the soothing comfort food and warm heart imprinted on him. Skip forward three years, the nineteen year old still remembers that day.
Post graduation, he returned home to Kraw, and lives in his old room. He found a job working part-time as a cook at a run-down tavern for adventurers and hunters. His ingredients are cheap, his boss’ menu is strict, but it’s decent money.
One day, he has plans to bring Soul Food to Kraw, with his own kitchen.

Chuck stands at a massive fourteen foot, seven inches. His impressive size gives the giant draco-humanoid a naturally impressive strength. In addition, his body is covered by a dense scaling, with most of his back, outer arms and outer thighs lined with soft yet tough scales and dense, rubber-like nub-spikes. The exposed underbelly, while tough, is only half as tough as the scaled portions.
Despite his peaceful nature, Chuck is actually proficient in this weapon (living on Kraw, everyone needs protection.)

The Butcherstick is a polearm weapon that combines two of Chuck’s favorite tools’ a meat tenderizer on one side, and a cleaver-like blade on the other, alongside a long spike at the tip; the holy trifecta of collecting pre-tenderized meat.
The length of the weapon is “standard” for his size, meaning the haft reaches fifteen feet in length, topped by the triple-threat head.
