Appearances
Android 18 (also denoted often as just 'Eighteen') has the appearance of a fairly nondescript woman in her mid-to-late 20s with blonde hair. She has lived and made a living in Markov over the last half decade, and prior to that, she spent much of her time living in a different science-fiction world. Partially robotic due to experiments performed on her as a young girl, Eighteen doesn't age at anywhere near a normal human pace, and travels across space-time have likely further complicated this. 
Personality
On a much smaller scale, Android 18 has enjoyed her own version of a saunter through time, space, and dimensions. She was in this very same spot years ago when Karl Jak and she both eventually wound up in a land born from ingenuity, imagination, and rainbow space magics. She had her own fair share of adventures before an ill-timed visit to the Dante's Abyss pre-show convention a few years later had her winding up in the Crossroads.
Living a solitary life as a hacker in Markov who barely ages and has a cybernetic anatomy that keeps her at peak physical and mental conditioning, she has enjoyed her ‘low key’ existence, flittering from dirty apartments and cyber cafes to ply her trade. From time to time, she's had to fight, so while she hasn't been a fighter on the scale she may have been, muscle memory (and, again, cybernetic enhancements) is slow to fade away entirely.
Possible Reactions
She will act weary but determined, she wants to see if anything in DA will trigger nostalgic memories for her. In a sense, Dante’s Abyss to here is the equivalent of some thirty year old booted up a beloved game from their youth and enjoying the rose-tinted joy. At least, that’s what she told herself after she found herself essentially goaded into participating once again.
Eighteen, a ‘veteran’ of not just Dante’s Abyss but also its dimension-hopping history, understands ‘the game’ and its history perhaps more than anyone else on the comet, with a few exceptions. She understands that friendships here are ephemeral and often a means to an end, but that doesn’t mean she is cruel or will betray someone for the joy of it.
Relationships
Raditzu is an old flame from days long gone. Unfortunately, those days aren’t long gone for Raditzu… they’re his recent history. As for Bardock, years ago, the saiyan and the cyborg had no love lost for one another, despite both of them sharing a connection with Rad. Eighteen killed Bardock to dethrone him, but for her, that was years ago. Much like her former flame, his father is very much an amusing oddity to her. Eighteen is familiar with others as well, from 'her home' or elsewhere, but the connection wouldn't be much deeper than simply recognizing that individual.
Fighting Style
Eighteen fights more with her fists than anything, relying only on energy attacks when they are needed. She is a graceful fighter, and likes to dodge and feint against her opponent. A talented fighter, she can manipulate metal and ice at an atomic scale. She can also split herself into multiple bodies.
NPC Handicap and Notes
Handicap – Eighteen isn’t as bloodthirsty or frenetic as other combatants. More of a hacker and a con-woman than a fighter over the last few years, her handicap is a 3.
Notes – Eighteen wouldn’t turn down working with people who aren’t diametrically different than she is. That is to say, she’ll likely avoid people with clear sociopathic tendencies or histories of being loose cannons. Never a talker, she’d be a somewhat awkward and aloof companion.
Unique – Eighteen can supersede collar restrictions and Fuse with any individual at the cost of 1 Focus to both parties. Standard ‘DA Fusion’ rules and logic apply. The fusion dissolves at the end of the F2F.
