Personality:
A Cheerful Supporter is someone who guards the rear with useful toys which keep the team alive against all odds, and the weapons they do have come with nasty surprises. In Koa’s case, she uses her engineering and experience playing FPS and applies it to real-life with Turrets, creating Respawn points, and can repair just about anything with her Hex-A-Gone Omnitool.

Yes, she did name it that.

With no combat experience with holding a gun, unless you count Duck Hunter, she’ll be learning as she goes and extremely unpredictable simply due to not knowing how real warfare goes on. Likely with a smile on her face knowing that she’ll be keeping people alive where they otherwise would be chum in the Medium.

Physical Description:

Like many inkings who’ve reached maturity, she has a fully humanoid appearance though proportions are a bit off, matching that of other Inklings. However, where she lacks battle experience she made up with it by testing the limits of inklings' ability to alter their tones and appearance.

She prefers multi-toned tentacles, usually white base, pink tips, and darker-purple spots. Usually, the back is kept short and her two prominent tentacles around chin length. Her skin is usually more of a cooked or tanned peach or pink depending on mood. Regardless, she enjoys her black bandit-like mask pattering around her eyes. With her eyes themselves, she keeps them a lime-green.

Squid Form
Not much to say about her squid form, most of her mask is primarily shunted into her tentacle length, and stylized cuttlefish. Her patterning is exaggerated but remained predominantly white.

She prefers white ink that shimmers pink, indigo, and purple.

History:
Koa’s egg was found in a bucket with her name written on the side, filled to the brim with ink, and abandoned in front of an apartment building being renovated. Her rescuers were a pair of humans who ran a pizza shop in 8-Bitain. While carrying for a baby inkling had been trying at times, they loved her greatly.

Eventually, though trouble started when she learned to maintain a primitive form humanoid body allowing her to leave her wading pool for brief stints. The amount of trouble she achieved on dry land eventually resulted in her being given tinker toys, legos, and a well-worn NES. Eventually, she moved on to science kits and occasionally would spend time with Uncle Felix as he taught her how to fix things that often she would break… repeatedly.

Eventually, when she was able to maintain her immature form on solid ground all day, she began truly tinkering as part of her passion and letting it help her pass her time into full maturity as the new CEO, Head Researcher, Janitor, and sole employee of Kuddlefish Industries. When she isn’t tinkering or keeping the Pizza Parlor up to her Uncle’s standards, she’s trying to learn how to Turf it online.

Lately, though her online misadventures haven’t satiated her inner Inkling’s desires for combat and splatsports. With an emotional farewell, she sets out to grow Kuddlefish Industries and her own technical understanding.

The user while in squid form is capable of swimming through ink as if it were a pool, even when that ink only coats a surface. This action of swimming also aids in concealing against prying eyes. For best results don't move and concentrate!

Missy is a Parahuman who arrived in Cenvati, but before they made it here, their fall into the crossroads took them briefly through the Medium where a piece of Medium technology was fused into her, disrupting the full extent of her power. With Koa’s assistance, her powers have stabilized to a degree but, as a result, she has been made ‘summonable’ via the Omnitool.

+ Senses - Topographic omniscience
+ Ongoing - As long as the user is using their spacial warping
- Limited - Anywhere not devoid of life adds a level of static to the user’s sense
- Weakness - Unless wildly different in shape, living things cannot be easily differentiated.
By applying a low-level shaker effect to the area, increasing and decreasing the size world around them constantly, Missy is able to obtain a topographic form of omniscience alerting her to the shape, and structure of everything around her in 46m diameter. However, her power does not play nice with living things. Anything that’s biologically alive is a generic shaped void to her power and if a lush amount of biologically living things are in her sensory area, it creates significant static.

One of the larger aspects of Missy’s power is the ability to place fields in the desired area that she can sense, and grow those areas. This can double the interior size while retaining the exterior dimensions and reducing anyone’s speed who enters this field.
Alternatively, she can target something smaller than her field and increase its size up to 3.3m in each direction.

Note that these changes are not always uniform in that it allows her to change its shape as well, twisting and warping its direction.

Finally, this cannot increase the size of the living, and if an area is sufficiently filled with life, it can prevent a field from forming.

On the smaller side of things, Missy can also use her power to place fields in areas she can sense which can shrink an area’s interior, effectively halving the space it occupies and raising the speed of those attempting to transverse the field.
Alternatively, Missy can target something specific and reduce its overall size down to 91cm in each direction.

Note that these changes are not always uniform in that it allows her to change its shape as well, twisting and warping its direction.

Finally, this cannot decrease the size of the living, and if an area is sufficiently filled with life, it can prevent a field from forming.

Using a combination of growing, shrinking, and twisting the space-time of an area or between targets, Missy can effectively move a great number of things and people with little effort by changing their local frame of reference to one another and the rest of the world.
This ability is also useful when paired with shrinking, to reduce the effective mass of the object, making it lighter while under the effect of the Move Warp Field.

Possibly the most debilitating aspect of Missy’s ability is the effect of completely reorganizing locations. Those subject to this effect who willingly or unwilling entering into areas under her control will find themselves quickly confused by their non-euclidean nature that may even be shifting directly under their feet. The best way to shake off this ability is to escape the field entirely and avoid looking into it if at all possible.

A green bracer that attaches to the user’s arm and applies an environmental protection field to the. Allowing them to survive in adverse environments and protect them from ink-based weapons. Also has a built-in computer, and hard-light interface, and a digital communications device for communicating with others.

Pick-Me-Up Regenerator Mk. V
Cost: 250
Healing 5 (1000) + Ongoing 5 (500) - Concentration 5 (250) - Activation 2x5 (500) - Limited 5 (250) - Removable - 5 (250)
+ Healing - Rank 5 healing and melee range only.
+ Ongoing - Healing can be maintained for bigger results.
- Concentration - The user must direct the Regenerator when and where its going to heal.
- Activation - The Regenerator take a full thirty seconds to power up.
- Limited - Can only target biological life.
- Removable - Can be stolen or removed
Looking like little more than a butterfly knife, the Pick-Me-Up Regenerator, the blue glowing blade causes wounds to heal with staggering speed. Where ever the blade hovers, it starts knitting wounds closed.

However, because of its speed and strength, careful attention and concentration must be paid to not overly stimulating a damaged area of the body lest causing the creation of scar tissue and other complications that will have to be fixed by a medical professional.
