Descriptor: After making a few connections and paying a handsome some on Erde Nona, Kopaka acquired this Firespray-31 class Patrol Ship as his own personal starship for travelling the Crossroads. It's an older model, and some of its systems are in disrepair, but for now it serves the Toa faithfully.

Its flight systems allow it to travel in atmosphere and space seamlessly at a speed upwards of 240 mph, while maintaining decent maneuverability despite its relatively large bulk.

The hull and armor plating are in good condition, and are admirably well-suited for fending off directed energy and ballistic weapon attacks from sub-capital weapon systems. Its exposed stabilizer fins and ventral thruster array leave it vulnerable to concussive weapon blasts, such as missiles or torpedoes.

Much to Kopaka's appreciation, the E-100 Gimbled Cannon array is intact and fully operational. This battery of four fire-linked heavy laser cannons have an effective range of up to 2,000 feet, however their accuracy dropoff at any range outside of point-blank engagements is pitiful. The high stopping power and explosive bursts of the cannon shots do, however, make it highly suited for strafing clustered targets.

Finally, the onboard avionics systems are powered by the rugged and field-proven computers of the Kaalakiota Corporation. This sensor and communications relay allows Kopaka to contact most forms of connected radio in the Crossroads. Additionally, the continually track-scanning onboard radar can lock objects of interest with pinpoint accuracy up to 1,000 feet away, in addition to more broad-sweeping survey and ground scanning modes. The radar cannot, however, maintain a tracking solution on objects smaller than 15 ft. in any given dimension.

Descriptor: Portable Sensor Array Battery

A backpack sized device employed by Cytokine industries to gain information on their surroundings during field operations. The P-SAB is as notorious as it is indispensable among Cytokine operatives. The P-SAB is constantly monitoring the surroundings on a synchronized schedule, supplying the wearer with information about nearby power sources and heat signatures. This information is only updated when the pulses are resynchronized once every ten seconds, and a variety of materials will interfere with its signal, including Noqual, Lead, and other unusually dense materials. There have been several times when an operative has become too comfortable relying on their P-SAB to provide reconnaissance and been taken completely by surprise by their opponent.
If a more thorough understanding of an area is required, it is possible to unpack and reassemble a P-SAB into a more traditional Sensor Battery, a process that takes approximately three minutes when performed by a pair familiar with its operation. While significantly weaker than the original SAB models it emulates, this device does provide accurate information about heat signatures and power sources up to a range of 300 meters. It does however require about 40 seconds to sufficiently de-clutter its readings to provide accurate and reliable results.
It is also a frequent complaint that while Cytokine's engineering division created a sufficiently portable device for field recon, they did not seem interested in making the device re-packageable without significant effort. Many of the devices end up breaking during the re-encapsulation process, and those that remain functional end up being noticeably inaccurate, and are typically relegated to spare parts.

Descriptor: With this trusty can o' spinach, Popeye can give his muskles the power they need to get the job done! It takes a minute to chew that green goodness up and down the hatch but boy when it does Popeye can do just about anything!

His raw strength and power go beyond superhuman levels, and he can easily level walls and fortified obstacles in his path. This includes grabbing nearby mailboxes or fence posts and using them to drub bozos over the head with. He's pretty tough when he's eaten his Spinach as well, to say the least, and won't ever get tired. He can even jump, hop and spin with the best of them!

Of course, this only lasts for as long as it takes for him to get hungry again, and well, Popeye's a Sailorman, so that's usually about three minutes.

STAFF EDIT: Alright. I'm assuming these are meant to be Minions, so we'll be operating with that in mind. I have no idea what you were trying to get here, as they have no effects or abilities or anything listed, but let's start from the beginning.

First things first: don't forget the base cost of 300 for any minion or minion group. That always gets factored in.

Secondly: These would have a mod modifier of x5 for a group of 20, though you could also get up to 25 of them for the same modifier.

Thirdly: What exactly do they do? Minions also need abilities built for them just like regular characters, if you want them to actually have weapons or skills or the like, to be anything other than "completely normal people that exist".

Get things fixed up and submitted properly and we can work on getting you approved.

The Best Detective Agency- Mollymauk and Jester’s Paranormal Investigations

An old and spooky looking manor in one of the historic districts of Arcadia. Jester and Molly have turned this decrepit and enormous mansion into their base of operations for their paranormal investigation start-up. How did two twenty-something Tieflings get such an enormous estate? The same reason the monstrosity of a home sits on a nearly abandoned road in the little forgotten Historic District of a city… nobody wants anything to do with it, and leaves it alone.

This is not just a house. 1857 is a living entity, and both sides of the Dancing Chocobo Lane, along with all the acreage of sprawling estate behind the rows of old houses is its domain.

In 1857's natural state it is a large mansion with architecture representing different eras and epochs of Arcadia all throughout the massive 4-story place with endless rooms, even then. The back plot behind always has the pool, the hedge maze, greenhouses, gardens, etcetera. Basically what you'd find at upper-crust Arcadian Royals’ estates. While there are constants about the house, there are many inconsistencies as well. Things are not as they seem, and rarely do they stay the same from one day to the next. In the estate’s most fickle moods, one hour may trickle into the next and bear as many changes as minutes have passed.

Growth
The size of this thing, let us tell ya. How it's able to seem never-ending at times makes ya wonder how the neighbors haven't noticed…come to think of it, why don't they ever see any neighbors? Or even vehicles….

Shrinking
Most of the time, the house seems totally fine, just a regular old Gothic mansion with seemingly timeless architecture, a large back lawn, and myriad rooms. Sometimes, however, the house condenses itself into something else. It seems to depend on the building’s mood. It isn’t the only way the building expresses itself, either.

Shapeshifting
The house can change. Sometimes the changes are subtle, like discovering a room where there wasn’t one the day before. Sometimes the changes are not subtle, like stepping out of your bedroom and finding that you’re in the courtyard, and that the courtyard is a swamp, and that the swamp has bowling lanes tucked away between two well ordered and parallel rows of birch trees that certainly shouldn’t be able to grow in a such a murky environment. That’s just another way the house likes to express itself, though.

Variable Creation
1857 has a mind of its own, but is beholden to its owners, providing the necessities they seek easily. An owner or inhabitant might find themselves sprinting through an unfamiliar hallway desperately grasping at their crotch and wailing for a bathroom, then suddenly, POOF! There’s a bathroom, and the door’s wide open! An intruder on the other hand might find themselves meandering casually through the foyer where they spot a particularly enticing piece of silver, but when they grasp that silver, it’s actually a hot iron, and that iron is face up for some reason, and plugged in to boot. We do not recommend you trespass, it likes to play, and loves even more an excuse to add another soul to roam its halls.

Protection
Failing its unconventional defense mechanisms, the home is just downright thick (feel free to substitute a second ‘c’ in place of the ‘k’, if your proclivities towards home architecture do so inspire you). While the outside may deceive the eyes with worn wood and peeling paint the true nature of the home is that of an entity whose benign appearance belies something other, and strong.

Communication
If it wants its inhabitants to know something, it can send a message to be repeated by the spirits that are trapped within its walls. If none are around, it will find more creative ways to be heard.

Concealment
If the house doesn’t want to be seen, it might just…not appear. It makes an exception to owners and inhabitants.

STAFF EDIT: Okay! Couple things here.

Firstly: bases generally don't really need Growth, since even at relatively small size modifiers they're already so big they wouldn't really get any benefit out of it. To that end, make sure you not what size your base is (you mention it's a mansion, so probably around size 4?). The size modifier effects the total cost of things as a multiplier on top of effects and their modifiers, but not necessarily the rank cap or limit or anything like that, as well.

Secondly: Remember that most of these effects would need Ongoing to actually last longer than a couple seconds at a time (aside from Shapeshifting, which has it by default), even when applied to bases.

Also, just as curiosity/clarification: the Concealment effect as written probably doesn't need more than one rank.
