With his experience in death, he was brought closer to that darkness than ever before, and the connection grew stronger. This. Is in no way a good thing.

But it did give him more power. A horrid power, marked with death, and extraordinarily good at causing it.

Dark wisps of shadow and pain wring around his wrist, and coil around his hand in black, reddish energy.

Whatever is touched by this feels their very core being drained. Their life, their soul, and feels immense pain, before being expelled from the attack, weakened, verily. (Damage, Debuff)

Of course. Such powers, even naturally, do not come without cost.

As Iza utilizes this ability, he will slowly find himself drawn more and more toward the abyss he once visited. Much moreso than he already is. (Side effect)

And no powers are foolproof, what originates from itself cannot wound itself. Anything abyssal or dark, cannot be wounded by this ability. (Weakness)

Despite being illusory, the Einherjar is real for all intents and purposes, able to affect the world around it as well as Sigmund himself. It has a degree of autonomy, able to follow its summoner’s orders, but lacks a personality of its own.

Descriptor: Following Dante’s Abyss, Azula sought out the black market to trade for a well-reared creature that could provide her with an ease of transportation over the water planet as well as a ferocious ally in battle. When she stumbled upon Volvagia, she knew she’d found the perfect candidate -- this beautiful, snake-like dragon, with protruding bone on its face to match its sharp, debilitating teeth and two front claws so powerful they can crack concrete.

Volvagia is extremely powerful, if still in her infancy as far as dragon years go. She is able to withstand incredibly high temperatures and is already extremely agile and strong, with hard, scaly skin that protects her from a great number of attacks. She is approximately twenty feet long, and travels about twenty miles per hour on land and forty-five miles per hour in flight. As she has imprinted on Azula, she can hear the fire princess’s thoughts and project her own back to her master, though she cannot accomplish this feat with any other.

Coming soon: fire breathing (can’t afford yet). Also can't fully afford Volvagia yet (about three hundred essence short); will mark in purchasing log when she's officially purchased.

Descriptor: Lilith can transform all or part of her cells into semisolid, living acid. While in this form she is much denser and has incredibly high protection, with most lesser attacks failing to stagger her, allowing her to rush down opponents with ease. Her body has an altered, inhuman anatomy due to its liquid nature. One aspect of her normal form that carries over is her luminescent red eyes. This transformation is not instant, but has a very short wind-up. If her cells become fundamentally altered, such as in shape or material, they will quickly transform into acid.

Lilith is capable of reshaping her body into its original form with few exceptions. This happens in one of two ways. If her cells are damaged or misplaced, she can transform (if they weren't already) and reabsorb them in a short range to fill or meld the area. If she loses a limb, she can 'glue' it back in place, provided that she can still move. However, if her cells are too far separated from her body, they will not be recoverable and lose their transformative properties. Any body parts will melt into acid, although her blood will not. In this case she will have to produce acid to take the place of her lost cells. Whenever Lilith uses this ability, she can not immediately revert back to normal. She can restore her entire body at once, without pausing in the middle of action. While this ability allows her to withstand incredible amounts of pain, she is guaranteed to be incapacitated if her head is removed, although it will operate if she is unconscious. Reshaping her body drains Stamina; producing acid and enduring lethal damage drains it faster. If she runs out of Stamina, she will collapse into a puddle of acid and finally die.

Descriptor: Dr. McNinja’s intimate understanding of medical science also comes from personal experimentation. As such, he has a bunch of purified samples of the Mummy’s Curse left over from when he sought a cure (turned out to be quite simple). He keeps one of these samples in a syringe at any given moment.

Once he injects a victim with the serum, regardless of their physiology, they are afflicted with the Mummy’s Curse. It seems to have little effect for a few seconds, but eventually the victim starts feeling a tingling pain in all their extremities. After a few more seconds, the Curse completely takes hold, and starts dissolving the victim slowly into sand and dust. The full dissolution process takes over a week, but that process involves lingering and ongoing damage. In some extreme cases, a strong enough impact can even knock off partially dissolved parts of the body. The rate at which symptoms appear varies pretty randomly from case to case.

In a mechanical sense, this Ability reduces a target’s Damage capabilities and their Endurance, while also imposing a devastating Damage Over Time. (The limb loss only happens with the target’s approval)

Doc only keeps one of these syringes with him, since it’s pretty extreme for him to use it at all. After he uses it, he’ll need to return to his clinic to fetch more.

Descriptor: The absolutely radical ninjas of Doc's world innovated a new weapon that combines the sneaky attacks of ninja combat styles with something absolutely awesome. This is a miniature chainsaw that has been attached to a chain that's about 4 meters long - however, when Doc actually uses this weapon, it goes illogically further, up to about 6 meters. On the other end of the chain is a small iron counterbalanced weight that's been shaped to look like a fist. Doc swings the revved-up chainsaw in a dangerous but tight arc while on standby. He attacks by throwing the chainsaw forward, using the chain to generate momentum - then, he withdraws the chainsaw back into his standby position. He can also launch the fist-shaped weight forward. While one end of the weapon flies forward, Doc can use the other end in a spinning arc to guard himself (or anyone within 6 meters) against any counter-attacks.

Descriptor: Kopaka's entire combat heuristic revolves around analyzing an opponent's fighting style, weaknesses, and motivations. Once the opponent is understood, Kopaka will immobilize them and follow through with a devastating, decisive attack. This is epitomized in his Execution Swing; a slow, heavy, lethal strike from his icy broadsword.

In order to carry out this technique, the target must already be restrained, immobilized, or otherwise vulnerable to give Kopaka the time and aim required to deliver the killing stroke. The precision slice is so precise that almost any interference or movement in the target will throw the Swing out of place, causing minimal damage.

Even if this (preferably) final attack does not outright kill Kopaka's opponent, it will leave them grievously wounded, suffering ongoing blood loss, excruciating pain, and possibly even a mangled limb which leaves the victim further crippled and vulnerable to followup attacks.
