Jean is a Casual Gunner. Something of a hopeless romantic with a laid-back attitude, Havoc is easily underestimated at first glance as someone who does not have much to contribute beyond following orders. While he will be the first to label himself as "not the sharpest", he is selling himself short, as he is a competent lieutenant and a reliably attentive officer.
Havoc is a competent soldier, able to wield both pistol and shotgun with skill. His weaponry tends to be short to mid-range firearms, placing him within range of retaliation, but he has enough combat experience to be able to hold off an attacker until he can get a shot off. Havoc is comfortable both organizing troops in the heat of battle and following orders quickly and efficiently.

Descriptor: The M600 Spitfire Mk3 is a light machine gun manufactured by Siwhan Industries. Descended from the Frontier War-era Mk1 and Mk2, the design and operation of the Mk3 seems to be a mix of both of its ancestors, retaining the gas operated, rotating bolt locking mechanism of the Mk1 but using the light composite frame of the Mk2. Improvements to initial recoil and accuracy makes it a good weapon for sustained suppressive fire. It is belt fed and can suppress an impressive area by itself for a man portable SAW. Caustic uses the tactically designed frame to ensure it cannot be yanked from his grasp, as well as the weight of the gun itself which he can heft easily.

STAFF EDIT: In a rare moment for move approval, you've actually managed to use weakness in place of limited here and underpowered your move. Weaknesses are for more specific issues, while Limited should affect the usefulness of a move in half or more relevant situations. Thus, the ability to only move living beings with your telekinesis, rather an any mechanical beings or any mechanical objects, both far outnumbering living beings in almost any situation, qualifies for the 'limited' modifier, not the weakness modifier, and would reduce cost further, as a result. Weakness in this case, additionally, would have been -75 essence, not -100. additionally, if you can only use the 'move object' on living beings, it would also qualify for the 'limited' modifier. additionally, a short descriptor next to the debuff effect, to pair with your longer description, would be helpful.

Beatrix can stay in the fight as long as she wants or until she sustains enough damage that it literally becomes impossible for the magic to keep her going and she falls unconscious. As she takes damage and her blood magic rushes to heal it, it takes its toll on her stamina. The more injury she sustains the more and more fatigue she gets and her magic's ability to keep her alive becomes less and less effective until it runs out and stops completely resulting in either her death or loss of consciousness.

Descriptor: Nanaue has the fantastic ability to perform cellular regeneration. He can regrow lost limbs, chunks of his torso - nearly anything as long as his brain is not destroyed. The catch to this is that it is not instantaneous. A finger might take a couple of minutes to regrow, while a hand might take an hour. If his arm was lopped off at the elbow, that could take hours to regrow, while losing his entire arm at the shoulder might take the greater part of a day. This regeneration is ongoing.
