Although she doesn’t act like a lady of the cloth, Jester is a cleric who worships a rather unorthodox deity, The Traveller. Because of her religious background, and also her well educated upbringing, Jester has a rather wide and somewhat deep pool of knowledge on a variety of religions.

On many of her journeys Jester has served as the party’s de facto healer. Although it is an ongoing education, and she is no heart surgeon, Jester has a sufficient understanding of the medical practice. No Hippocratic oaths for this cleric, though.

Jester can be, like, totally persuasive. Her manner of speaking is unorthodox and off-putting, but her mannerisms are charming and folks tend to like her, making Jester a deft user of the persuasive arts.

It is shocking how often in her travels Jester has needed to forge a document or a signature. Although one can argue that it is never required to forge a document, sometimes it sure feels necessary. Jester is well practiced in mimicking another’s penmanship.

Jester is an amateur at the magical arts. She’s no wizard, or sorcerer, or whatever, but she can recognize a spell when she sees it and even perform some minor spells and cantrips of her own. It isn’t one of her favorite areas of study, however.

Descriptor: Being a Bloodhunter like Molly is just a fancy way to call yourself a magical monster hunter. It takes one to know one! Molly not only has an innate sense and knowledge about things from beyond, but also how they are brought forth across the veil. His infernal bloodline also lends itself to an easier understanding of the magic that keeps his prey here and the words and writings that called them forth. He might even have a few clues on how to send them back…if stabbing them fails.

They don't call it devilishly handsome for nothing. Not only possessing roguish good looks and a smile to match, Molly has a relaxed demeanor and easy laugh that make him hard to resist. Reading people is also a part of his skill set, and a necessity for his tarot readings where he is looking to understand the other person more than the cards in front of them. Molly will use his charm to pull you into the folds of his cloak for safety against dangers, or maybe just so you can see what lies beneath.

A bonus of having blood imbued with magical properties is that when it wants to tell you something- you'll know! Molly has learned to listen to the tingle in his toes and knows when danger is afoot. This is useful when you're trying to get the drop on evil, before it reaches across the veil for you, first. This also works when you have to decide if what you are seeing is real, or just another trick for evil to escape your fury.

There was a reason that Molly's Tarot Tent was one of the hottest attractions at the carnival he worked at. Molly uses his natural charisma to bombastic levels when he has someone sitting across the tarot deck. You have to be over the top when you're only good at the card readings by accident. He draws people in with his performance as well as he draws cards from his handmade deck.

Molly's keen red eyes are on the case. Solving mysterious happenings is a great way to bring yourself face to face with foes from the beyond. He lives to either send them back, or eliminate them forever - but you have to find them first. Seeing the pattern and following the thread has been easier and easier as he becomes better at following clues and using natural ingrained senses.

Molly at the very least, knows most of the religious symbols that adorn his cloak. He doesn't have a very deep understanding of such things and doesn't put much stock in it other than helping him seems more mystic than he is and selling Tarot Readings.

Descriptor: No matter how dire your injuries, if you’re alive, Doc probably has something in his pockets that can keep you that way. When asked, he will never reveal exactly what he has in his pockets, and nobody else seems to be able to find where they come from. Regardless, Doc can quickly analyze what you need, from band-aids to flesh regrowth serum, and can heal you. In fact, the healing goes on for a while - up to a minute! Unfortunately, Doc’s pockets aren’t infinite; the more medicine he pulls out, the less medicine he’ll have available until he restocks.

Descriptor: It is a well-known law of ninjutsu in Doc's world that, as long as you are facing away from an explosion, you suffer no damage from the deadly shrapnel or the heat. At worst, you get launched into the air. Dr. McNinja has worked on this concept, studying and breaking its boundaries. As long as Doc is intentionally facing away from any danger, through some miracle, Doc is much less harmed, despite having done very little to avoid or block the danger. If Doc is holding onto anyone as he does this, they also benefit from the same protection, as long as they are also faced away from the danger.

Descriptor: Dr. McNinja has an array of disguises. Where does he store them? Who knows? All that matters is that, as long as you wear the disguise the way he says to, you'll look exactly like... whatever your disguise is! It's usually something outlandish. That having been said, the disguises are pretty flimsy - any other senses will be able to determine you're wearing effectively a rubber mask, and once that's discovered, it can be easily peeled off by someone else. Furthermore, the disguises take upwards of 10 seconds to put on.

Descriptor: Brass usually keeps herself covered in several enchantments. one such enchantment is the 'jump' spell, which allows her to leap supernaturally high into the air at high speeds. this does not allow her to continue to fly, just to leap into the air, and she will, then, have to land within a few seconds as gravity takes its natural course.

Optionally, Brass can temporarily bestow this ability to another, allowing them to reach new heights in the literal sense of the word. this gives them the ability to leap on their own will, but only works for a few seconds once activated, and while it can be bestowed to multiple people, it requires them to be gathered within the same small area as Brass herself, working along an area of effect radius. the effect may only be used by those who gain it for a few seconds before it fades.

Descriptor: Perhaps predictably, given her wolf heritage, Aster's senses are extremely sharp across the board. Her overall eyesight, hearing and sense of smell are nearly as acute as an actual wolf's, including much sharper vision at night or in otherwise low light. She can detect and hear much lower and higher noise frequencies than normal, and is much more sensitive to changes in things like barometric and electrostatic pressure in the air, giving her a keen sense for not only when the weather's about to go crazy, but her relative elevation.

Descriptor: A further collection of assorted skills picked up in Aster's daily life that generally serve her well.

Eye for Detail -- Maybe not the kind of thing you'd normally think of, but Aster has had to develop a talent for spotting certain things, mostly for her lamentable retail job at a game-centric store. The number of times people try to slip fake money, sell fakes of rare cards or the like, or pass off a fake ID for the 'special' (read: age-restricted) merchandise is a lot more than you'd think. Being able to notice and spot the tiny details and flaws that give such things away quickly and reliably is an important thing. Aster considers it a point of pride to not let such things past her unless they're very good fakes. It comes in handy with things like pattern recognition, spotting inconsistencies, and makes her great at those 'spot the difference' games.

Speed-Reading -- The amount of inane bullshit Aster has had to read (and read quickly) is sometimes staggering. From cards with paragraphs of rules text, to entire game rulebooks to be able to tell some "UHM, ACKSHUALLY" type he's wrong, to itemized inventory lists when the new miniatures shipment comes in, there's a lot of little things. Reading it all quickly is one thing, but actually comprehending and maintaining what's read is another matter. It's tough, but Aster has had to get good at it, or get overwhelmed by a tidal wave of nerd bullshit and angry manager yelling, which she'd rather avoid at all costs.

Internet Wizard -- Any old schmuck can do some snooping on the internet and use a search engine. But there's a difference between that and doing it well. Even knowing the basics of search syntax, recognizing ads and obvious biased or clickbait results, can dramatically improve the speed, ease and reliability of finding information. And with at least some of that knowledge at her fingertips, from many long heated discussions and "no I'm right!" arguments, Aster can typically find out at least a little something about a whole lot if things...as long as she has a minute or two to search it up. It comes in handy when all you need is some quick, simply answers!

Marksmanship -- Aster might not be great at some of the 'handling a gun' aspects, but...she did spend some time at the range with her dad once upon a time, and has had a bit of practice on her own, and is at least...competent when it comes to the shooting part of things. She does at least grasp the concept of things like trigger discipline, when or when not to have the safety on, and how to maintain a proper grip on her gun.
