Descriptor: Tenshi wields an ancient Celestial artifact — called the Hisou-no-Tsurugi — which grants her command of living beings’ spirits in the form of red mist. Though lacking its fiery blade by default, celestials like her can activate and thus use it. To any other person, it is as good as any other stick. This sword, which feeds on negative emotion, lacks weight but is definitely hot enough to slice through its enemies. It also drains their spirit, making them more tired with every hit they take.

Descriptor: Tenshi has the ability to form keystones. For now, the size of stones she can make seems to be greatly reduced. Keystones physically look and act just like ordinary rocks, their only discerning feature being giant “shimenawa” ropes tied around them. They can either appear out of thin air, or be formed out of stone pulled off the ground.

(end note: This is part of splitting "Keystones" into two separate functions. The original, of course, will be dispatched)

Descriptor: Accessing his own self through all possible timelines, bridging the gap through the King's Brand upon his brow, Little Ghost grows into the form of his adult self. Leaving his "teenaged" form behind, Little Ghost grows to a staggering 8 feet in height, his horns growing to a 17 inches in length. Growing proportionally this more than doubles the reach of his Pure Nail as the weapon grows at the same rate with Little Ghost. The end result being, as far as the Pure Nail is concerned, that the weapon acquires a blade length of 5 feet, and an additional reach of 3.5 feet due to his arms, making its total reach 8.5 feet while Little Ghost is in his Adult Form due to Age of Kings.

Growing to his adult form is a permanent shift and it takes 1 minute of concentrated effort. Reverting to his "teenaged" form is an equal 1 minute process. Due to this being a permanent shift until reversed, all posts should be tagged with Adult Form whenever Age of Kings is active.

Descriptor: Ancell possesses the Ability to telekinetically lift and toss around lumps of ice, which he most commonly uses in conjunction with his "Thought of Glacier—Creation" Ability, though in locations in which ice and snow are naturally present (e.g. most parts of Inverxe), he can also make use of those.


Quick Question: If I was to use this Ability to manipulate weapons/shields created through use of Variable Creation (i.e. the above mentioned "Thought of Glacier—Creation" Ability), would I be required to buy Damage & Protection Effects as part of this Ability as well, or would it be enough to have those on the main Ability?

If they don't need to be bought twice, great.
If they do, just let me know and I'll re-submit this Ability with those additions once I have the Essence for it.

Staff Edit: Approved - and no, you don't need to purchase Damage and Protection with this ability as long as it's using your existing Creation ability's creations. However, if you wanted to alter it to routinely use the environment around you to protect yourself, that would be a sensible investment.

Note that this Ability only heals, it does not repair. This means that: a) it doesn’t fix torn clothing and armour, and; b) it is completely ineffective on fully robotic characters (and potentially ineffective on cyborgs, depending on whether their biological or mechanical parts are the ones damaged). It also won’t affect true undead (though “infected”-type zombies are fine); targets must be both living and organic in order to be healed.

Lastly, all of the Adaptation Effects in this Ability are tied into Ahana's healing magic. As such, if she is ever prevented from healing a character for whatever reason, those also cease to affect that character.

Descriptor: Ahana verbally gives a target her permission to die, and in so doing bestows upon them a curse which prevents them from being affected by all forms of supernatural healing (e.g. magic, divine power, chakra, ki, etc.). This Ability has no effect on scientific (or pseudo-scientific) means of healing (e.g. Wolverine’s healing factor, nanobots, etc.), however. It also affects only living, organic matter, so, for example, it would keep a cyborg’s flesh from being healed by magic, but not prevent their robotic parts from being magically repaired.

After being activated, the curse lasts until: a) Ahana verbally gives the target her permission to live; b) it wears off automatically after twenty-four hours have passed, or; c) someone else is able to remove it with a "Dispel Magic"-type Ability of high enough rank (lower ranked dispels can still weaken it, but will not fully remove the debuff).

Note that because this Ability requires vocalisation, if Ahana is for any reason unable to speak then she cannot use it. That said, the limiting factor is only whether or not she can say the words; whether the target themselves can hear them is not important, so it works just fine on deaf characters.

Essence Cost: 1200

Staff Edit: You'll need Indirect for this if the target doesn't have to hear it for it to be effective.

Staff Edit: As Perks are 300 per rank, this should cost 900 at rank 3. If you want it to be rank 1 for 300 that's fine, however- or 900 at rank 3 is fine as well.
